Used to be my go to place for food. Last 3 times i have ordered the food has been shocking to say the least. Parmo chicken was always delightful, surely must be new owners or something as this time i ordered it i recieved a box with 3 chicken goujons with cheese inside it. Parmo chicken!? If you dont know how to make a certain dish take it off your menu please cant believe i paid 7 quid for that never go back again now.
Absolutely terrible experience here 10/6/2017. Me and my partner ordered a spicy chicken pizza and when we got home it was spicy mince. Called to complain and got very rudely argued with on the phone what happened to the customer is always right?. Also ordered a chicken pakora calzone and it was not chicken pakora...only pieces of chicken and full Of onions! Absolute disgrace considering we live far from the establishment so could not take food back to change for correct thing. NOT THAT THE MAN ON THE PHONE WOULD HAVE LET US VERY VERY RUDE!!!
Went into the shop 16/05/21 and ordered a tray of chicken donner kebab nothing with it and what did we get? A donner kebab with sauce and salad so they don't listen to their customers just give you anything as long as you have paid
Would not recommend, ordered a Salami Pizza, Lasagne,Doner Kebab & Chips as part of a family dinner, the Doner Kebab was only thing that tasted good, Lasagne and Pizza were dreadful and Chips were not up to much either,Total waste of money, Will not be buying from again.
Been a hot slice customer since it opened and the food has consistently been amazing! Prompt delivery, welcoming staff and top quality food! Best bang for your buck. Thanks guys
We have ordered from them a few times recently but twice we have told them about my allergies to wheat ,onions ,dairy so I order chicken and salad no bread or onions and what do I get not good enough .Never going back apart to speak to manager and tell him am reporting them.
Love the food here and the staff were helpful and polite, we always order from here when visiting greenock. They have a great varied menu and prices are really reasonable. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.
We ordered Kebab and Napoli pizza, kebab was tasty and so delicious and it was obvious that pizza made with fresh ingredients. We will surely order again. Highly recommended.
Nice food and decent prices loved the donna kebab as the meat was thicker the way it used to be back in the good old days when they all sliced it.
Used to always go before it changed to hot slice, i instantly noticed the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down by a large margin, not impressed will not be returning dont waste your money there getting greedy now. Disapointed.
