Still aren't seeing patients. If hospitals an dentists can treat people they actually work in the mouth duno why the GP can't see patients. If any of them were ill they'd expect treatment but yet turn people in need. The most you get is a phonecall but it's not the same. They're happy prescribing things over the phone an they haven't even seen you. Lazy an can't be bothered. Place needs a face lift an new staff.. Also waiting on a letter an everytime I ring their too busy.. doing what exactly? .. Place is laughable.
I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. Before the virus situation appointments usually given same day. During the virus I received a few call backs from DR help needed was given
