Placed a order online ,then had a call from Colin to follow up order and spoke for a good 15 minutes about detailing. What a great guy and very knowledgeable! Then he sent me a few freebies and they arrived next day. Keep up the great service,This will be my first go to detailing shop from now on.
Outstanding service! I had an issue with my otherwise excellent sidekick bike dryer which stopped working after 5 years of constant use. I left an email on a Sunday asking where I could get it repaired and assumed that I’d probably never hear anything and I’d have to accept that after 5 years it was at the end of its life. Colin Rang me at 9:10 the next day. He identified on the phone what he thought the issue was and as I was travelling to Bournemouth the next week anyway, I said I’d take it for him to look at. He repaired my dryer while I waited and he supplied a new switch with no charge! Outstanding service! I rarely leave feedback but I am truly impressed. Highly recommended.

Hi Colin, Just wanted to thank you for the awesome ACF50 treatment you gave my R1 when you were in East London, also the PH neutral shampoo, detailing brushes and Side Kick Bike Dryer purchase I made. The items were fabulous. I recently called for advice on how to do the ACF50 treatment on my as he moved to Poole and Colin spend a good half hour on the phone advising on the right air compressor, compressor airline, and correct HVLP gun. Purchased most of the equipment from Colin. The advice was invaluable and appreciated. Thank you for the *5 customer service. I'll always recommend and return.
