My husband commissioned a disabled bathroom completed summer 2017. We are still unable to use it as we have unresolvable electric and plumbing issues. In addition the owner flooded our loft and bedroom. The money held back does not cover the remedial work. Company given plenty of time t rectify but didn't.

I have asked 4 times for them to contact me about a quote. Poor service.
