I'm sorry to do this as I grew up going to this medical practice but it has got to the point I can no longer recommend it as a good place to go for medical assistance. Was told by the receptionist that it will take 2 months to get a call back because my skin condition is a recurring thing and therefore it's not serious enough to get in touch with a doctor to give me a referral to a specialist... I insisted that my skin felt like someone was pouring boiling water over me and the response was the same as above.
The reception in this doctors is very badly run. I was nervously waiting on results from Daisy hill hospital and every time I rang the reception at Dr Jadzacs in kilkeel they told me my results hadn't arrived from the hospital, I rang the hospital and they told me the time and date they were sent, the reception at Dr Jadzacs were ignorant in quite a few occasions till eventually I had to move to another Doctors Surgery, a Vets is run better
How to see the doctor? Can we just drop in? We try to call the number listed, no answer, no one pick up the phone. Please let me know, tq.
Very very bad customer service. Girl sitting on reception have no clue and very rude.
Dr. Chambers used to run this practice alone, and then it was fairly excellent health care. I was abroad for several years, & when I returned in 2015 she had a partner, Dr. Jadczek, reputed to be an excellent pediatrician but we didn't get on very well. Dr. Chambers has recently retired, now it Dr. Jadzcek's surgery, with assistance from locums and nurse practitioners,; fortunately his attitude towards me seems to have improved. We'll see.
Not up to standard. Cannot recommend.
Just good clean spacious facility modern friendly staff.
