I have been a patient in this clinic for 6 years. I never had a doctor like this before. When I am asking for help and complaining about my health,she asked me where am I from. Then I said I am from Lithuania,but I am living here, I trust the doctors here and I want to feel better,I have pain etc. She asked me why am I not going to my own country to sort it as we have a good doctors too. She even didn’t really wanted to add me on the waiting list for my problem as she asked do I know how long it could be,but I said I know,I need it as I cannot stand on my own legs and I am still young. I couldn’t believe this. I am speechless. She was old, looks like I needed to say everything by myself, but I said in the end ,,you are the doctor,you need to tell me what do I need to do,please give me an advice,,nI don’t know. I never had a worst doctor visiting experience.nIt doesn’t matter where I am from, I love people who is around me,my all friends are Irish and I am friendly person too,but this was not fear to tell me. Everyone knows how hard is to reach to doctors there,but If I am reaching them finally and getting this… I don’t know.nI cannot call this old lady a doctor. Sorry for that. But I am very disappointed, just waisted my time.
I just had an appointment in the clinic today I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism The doctor listened to me and discussed my problem He then gave me some cream I was extremely happy with the advice and support and now I have to play my part in sorting out my problem Was given reading materials also to increase my knowledge and understanding Thank you Doctor for your help
Impossible to get seen and they diagnose you over the phone if you get lucky. Absolutely disastrous service. Very worrying if this is the importance they give to our health. They shouldn’t operate at all in this circumstances.nTried to change clinics before but no room in the vicinity.
Impossible to penetrate the incredibly complex system to make an appointment. Took me 4 months to get a routine appointment. Receptionists are like a firewall between patient and doctor. Can't ever speak to the same doctor twice. The practice has changed administration more often than most people have had a hot meal. Follow up care is negligible. Avoid if at all possible.
1 star is being generous.nOn hold for over an hour. Not lunch hours. Tried on 3 separate lines and none were answered. Eventually drove to the clinic whilst still on hold, only one person in waiting area. Receptionist insisted they are answering, however no phones could be heard ringing. Said receptionist doesn't seem to be a 'people person'. Could do with a course on customer service. If you are lucky enough to actually get through and get an appointment, some of the GPs are very good. Glad that my hard earned tax and NI contribute to this fabulous service that I can't access. Wonderful service for working people and working parents.
