Great  staff very experienced vets.Ive been going there for the last 14-15yrs and the personal service is second to none.Highly recommend this practice.

Great Vets. Friendly Vets and veterinary nurses. Most Receptionists. Karen is very nice person but there is a new one who is not so nice at all. Fairly good wheelchair access but is one or two small steps but I'm sure the staff would be more than happy to help except maybe the one that is not so plesent. Once in its all on the one level. Not sure about public toilets.

Love the appointment service, never had a problem with obtaining a appointment on a time and day that's suits me,   i find the vets and staff  all friendly and  professional

We always get excellent service from everyone. We know that our pet is getting the best care and attention she could get. We’ve been going here for 23 years and always recommend the practice to other people.

We've been taking our pets here for about 20 years and have never had anything but wonderful care. Cath is an excellent vet, she truly cares about every animal and owner that comes in and has always respected my concerns (even as a hypochondriac new kitten mum!) 
Any of the other vets I've had dealings with have also been excellent, but I don't know them well enough to comment on a personal level.
They have recently been taken over by a larger company, but I haven't noticed any difference in the day to day running of the practice and Cath still runs the show. 
All in all if you're looking for a new vet, I can recommend this practice with total confidence.
