Good food, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. Lovely pub atmosphere, not boutique which is nice.
Called this company to diagnose a boiler fault and give me an estimate for repair. Their estimate seemed excessive to me so I called around to ask for prices elsewhere. I got the repair done for half the price that Kilbarchan Maintenance Services were asking for. This morning their adminstrator called me to ask about the repair and when I told her I had got it done elsewhere she said she was raising a callout and engineers estimate invoice. I pointed out to her that the website clearly states No callout charges and FREE estimates in the Paisley and Glasgow area therefore I will not be paying anything. Not a good experience!
Absolutely useless. Asked for a quote for work to be carried out. After waiting 10 days, and calling twice for update, I still hadn't heard anything. Time wasters. Went elsewhere and work carried out in days.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend for any plumbing and heating requirements.
