Boiler started losing pressure over the weekend. Rang Paul's team Monday morning, Sean arrived by lunchtime, and within a couple of hours the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Paul has done all our plumbing/heating installations and repairs since we moved into the area in 2018, which includes: full heating system, three bath/shower rooms, minor repairs, annual boiler service and this week a new kitchen tap. All the work has been of the highest standard and carried out professionally and with great care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul and his team to anyone.
From the first phone call with Adam apologies if I got your name wrong... through to the installation of our Hive System and boiler service carried out by Jake....it has been a brilliant service. Adam was very polite and very helpful with regards to booking in the work and spending a lot of time on the phone explaining about the Hive System, the cost of one, where to get one, how they work etc. On the day of installation and service Jake turned up and was superb. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable and patient explaining how to set up the Hive on my phone and how to use it. I can't recommend these guys enough...absolutely brilliant. Jake is a credit to Paul Kierman Plumbing. Thank you very much.
Central heating broke down on the Tuesday and contacted Kierman’s and spoke to Andy who managed to identify the fault after sending him photos. The engineer Jake arrived early the following morning with the parts required and the heating was back on within the hour. My boiler was still under the manufactures warranty and Kiermans went the extra mile by contacting the manufacturer and arranging the repair all free of charge labour & parts. Kiermans do my annual boiler servicing too and have always found them to be competitively priced, punctual, professional and courteous. First class service and wouldn’t think of using anybody else!
