The best fish and chips in Ashington. The haddock is to die for, and Chris only cooks in small batches so always fresh. Friendly young staff too. Only downside is you sometimes have bit of a wait, especially on Fridays, but end result is worth it.

One of the rare finds these days, excellent quality, freshly cooked, friendly staff. Not enough chips though and £1.70 for a potato worth of chips is very expensive! Lately even less chips and quality gone downhill.

Best chippy in the North.... food is top quality, staff so friendly, shop is so clean... price Very reasonable
