defo needs some upkeep as parts are starting to show their age. Staff are nowhere to be seen most of the time. they just stay out of the way... our favourite part of kidspace is the oceanarium. Go Karts are fun. 1 free ride with your entry fee. Better to get a membership as it saves you lots of money.
My daughter had a Teddy Bear Party yesterday there and was amazing, all staff very friendly and helpful. We want to say a big Thank you to Chloie our host for the great way she handled the children and make that moment very special. It is the second time we have the party there and i strongly recommend.
The staff was 10 / 10 for engaging with kids. Place clean & nice cafe.nnThey have a new virtual aquarium which is free once entered. My autism daughter loves this!nnToilets were clean & no mess on the floor, but I think there is a problem with drainage due to smell of urine.
Really good centre. Staff were very helpful and kind.nMy son was playing and was kicked in the eye, we told a staff member called 'Millie' and she was so caring and helpful towards us, she gave my son an icepack and made sure he was okay before playing again. 10/10
Our daughters friend had her party at this place, the kids absolutely loved it. We will definitely be returning!
