6 Birthday party for my daughter, with 32 children. Fab mascots. Well organised and children had a lot of fun. Just be careful as one of the children managed to get outside as the exit is an automatic door
Had a joint birthday party for my daughter and friends son. Staff were brilliant, everything taken care of for us by booking the party package. Small deposit taken, pay the balance after the party and only pay for the quantity of guests who attended-good incase of any call offs when dealing with lots of kids. Package included a mascot, plenty to choose from and very interactive with the kids. Meal selection for the kids was as expected and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Would recommend booking in advance as it is a popularity place, especially at the weekend.
Great staff go above and beyond kids love it will definitely be back great for parties just a shame no guest arrived but she still had fun
Had my daughters 2nd party here today and it was amazing the staff couldn't do enough for us and went above and beyond especially for one of the kids who had allergies. Rebecca was outstanding thanks for having us
Daughter's 7th birthday party today. She picked the kids Complex as she loves the soft play, the variety of the games to play, the food on offer and the mascots.nStaff are very helpful and pleasant too.
