Attended Jingle Bell Rock Out what a fabulous day, our grandchildren loved it! There was everything you could imagine,nsoft play, dancing, characters to suit all age groups crafting and cookie making and the star of the show Santa. Decorations and set up were faultless, as for the the staff, helpful friendly, smiley and singing making the experience magical great value for for money and a free pass for after the holidays was a lovely gesture would certainly recommend and return!

Place is a total joke and manager nothing but rude. Unable to take payment via card. So bought a coffee at shop next door - which has the same owner to be told not allowed in. My child was already inside, so I demanded to be let in again told no. Quite frankly preventing me from collecting my child is a police matter
Music far too loud, you end up shouting to hear each other and on top of that kids screaming. No need to have music that loud. I asked for it to be turned down. Toilets could do with a good clean
Had my daughters birthday party. She’s had a great day and the staff and complex is great
