Really impressed with this hospital. Small, calm and all the staff from the receptionist to the coffee shop lady, to the nurses and doctor we met were very friendly and helpful.nnSaw Dr Ramadan in Dermatology for an appointment for my mum and he was so kind, pleasant, smiling and patient.nnIt all seemed a breath of fresh air compared to other hospital experiences.nThank you everyone!
My husband had to be treated in the minor injuries clinic this morning, having dislocated his shoulder. The receptionist, the triage nurse, the x-ray dept staff and emergency nurses were all fantastic! First rate care. Thank you so much to everyone there.
Just recently had to visit Imaging department for a CT scan. The staff there couldn't have been more kind and helpful, especially as I was not feeling well at the time. Made my visit much more bearable. Well done to them all.
After receiving some potential bad news on a private scan 2 days before, the ladies in imaging were fantastic.nNot only professional, but honest, understanding, caring and sympathetic. Their kindness was appreciated at a difficult time. Which is a lot more that can be said of the private company!!
Attended minor injuries unit. Excellent service. No waiting, doctor available, scan done, results given, stitches and initial treatment. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
