Customer service is really poor. Very very rude people. Cheaters also. Bought a chicken and beef, beef was routed. Chicken on the pack price per kg and price does not match. When went back to complain, person by name Sadiq manager was so rude and told me not to coma back again, forget about any apology. And did not take back the item.nShop at your own risk.nnI will complain to concerned authorities.
During my first visit to Khanjra International Foods, I was thoroughly impressed by the wide range of available stock and competitive pricing. The level of customer service provided was exceptional, with particular commendation for the exemplary assistance from staff member Zahraan apologies if I spelt this incorrectly. His friendly demeanor and effective guidance in locating the desired products were greatly appreciated. He is an asset to the company. I extend my gratitude for the outstanding service received and anticipate returning for future visits.
Exceptional place to shop with a wide range of food/poultry/kitchen products available for both wholesale and family shopping Very friendly staff and top quality customer service. Will be shopping here again!
