Went for the first time today with my family to do a big shop. As i walk in, i am shouted at by the receptionist 'No children allowed!!!'. He then assumes i am not a trade customer, so says 'Leave, trade customers only!!!', so i left as per his wish. I had high expectations coming here, but when your spoken to like that, i'm afraid you will lose customers. Word of advice for the management, first impressions count, train your staff in customer service and you will get repeat custom every time.
Wow what a great cash &carry,you can buy under one roof,FOOD, DIY,COCKERY, The cash &carry is just FULL OF RUDE STAFF, BAD MANNERED NO RESPECT NO SMILE ON THEIR FACES, specially one member named AMAD, when been told nice and politely he answered back saying I'm only doing my JOB, WELL HIS IN THE WRONG JOB,THE MANAGEMENT should send their staff on courses how to work with CUSTOMERS......AS WE ARE PAYING FOR OUR GOODS, TESCO ASDA ETC they are caucasian SUPERMARKETS still have a nice SMILE , AND KANJARAS MUSLIM CASH &CARRY IS THIS WHAT ALLAH has taught us +AMAD WITH A BEARD AND LOOKED RELIGIOUS BUT HIS MORALS NO WAY.......
First time I've been to this cash and carry, was very impressed with the huge range of everything except alcohol, very good prices also , staff are very polite and helpful also, only downside is if you don't know your way round it can be time consuming, but I'm sure once I've been a few times I'll get used to it.
purchased a packaging item which belonged to their own brand it turned out to be damaged, had no choice had to use a few had none at all in previous stock so took it back next day to refund. argument was why did you use some what was i suposed to do stop selling the product and upset my customers because of their cheap packaging which is sold at a high price? never experienced anything like this at such a big organisation.there are other suppliers such as JJ FOODS, DIBS DISTRIBUTION, BOOKERS, ADAMS PRESTON, A&B CATERING
stung AGAIN at Khanjra. Item marked 'special offer £13.99' comes up £19.99 at checkout. Not the first time found offers not on their system and you end up paying the FULL price. Very misleading.
