came out with a succulent bag of chips, one £2.50 chicken burger, 7 battered sausages, 3 crispy cods, a beef chow mein, 9 vegetable chow meins, 5 pork chow meins, pork balls, chicken balls, and a steamin' spring roll. goblled it down in an hour. I got in the toilet no problemo, so HS Lee can shut up.
Great fish and chips from here. Every time l order there is an ample portion. Batter is crisp and not soggy. Pricing is reasonable, considering how expensive fish is. Time to wait from fresh fry is not too long. The establishment is kept in an orderly fashion. High standards of cleanliness, would not hesitate to recommend them
Had a Chinese set meal for two, really nice food enough for us to finish off tomorrow. Some of the best beef we've had from a takeaway, really enjoyed the set meal. Could have had an English meal, options were available.
The best prawns crackers also the fish and chips are fresh and taste very good. Highly recommended
As always the best chips and great value. The owner could be a bit more cheerfull . He is alway very quite. But always says thanks . But like i said thr food is spot onFood: 5/5
Ordered last night at 8.00pm the shop closes at 10.00pm. Nothing was hot but everything should have been freshly cooked. Stone cold chips, sauce, rice and the rest of our order. The chips were less than a small portion! the complete order was cold! We had gone into the shop, not as if it was pre ordered and nobody picked it up for another hour! That would be understandable! I would say that all equipment had been turned of at 6.00pm for it to be that cold! Absolute disgrace
Great fish and chips. Cooked to order, very tasty and reasonably priced. Definitely coming back for more.
The best chippy in Cambridge in my opinion. Good size portions and value for money.
Can't go wrong with battered sausage and chips been a staple for 30 years , gone up in price a lot less than the houses have in the area!!
Great fish and chips very reasonably priced. Service is polite and speedy.
