Our Philosophy
The name Khan is generally associated with meaning 'leader'. In the UK, there are a select number of chefs and restaurants that offer excellent Asian cuisine. We respect the great ones and strive to be recognised as being among the very best. The chefs on the food streets of Lahore are masters of their profession and deliver the best in Lahori food, we bow to them, and desire to emulate the same tasty food that they create daily.

'Khan – ology' – the heart of our philosophy

Natural…..Our approach to cooking is rooted in centuries old recipes and traditions that have been passed from generation to generation. This means that we use only natural and fresh ingredients in much the same way as our forefathers would have done many centuries ago. We even blend our own spices!
'Old meets new' – We believe that to be a leader, one should constantly be prepared to embrace new ideas and innovate. You’ll find that our menu has new exciting dishes as well as many famous traditional ones.
Value for money….Should you decide to eat at our restaurant, pick up a take-away or have your food delivered – we believe that you will be pleasantly surprised at the value of the meal that you will eat.
Service……Impeccable service is our goal from the very first moment that you come into contact with us to the very last second when you leave. For us, good food without good service is a travesty!

Who are we?
Ours is a simple story, two people with a desire to deliver good food innovatively, starting at the bottom with a market stall and building to the success of our catering operation, where we have toured various parts of the country, catering at many large events. Our evolution is a natural progression, opening a restaurant created by the demand from our customers and embraced by us at Khanage.
We have put together a team of people, who love, respect and know how to cook Indian/Lahori cuisine the way that it is supposed to be done, and on a daily basis continue their passion by producing food that is uncompromising in its standards.
Our chefs are fully trained in Lahore and in the UK and have worked at many respected restaurants both here and in their home countries. We are pleased to have these chefs as part of our team whose reputation continues to grow with the wonderful dishes that we have created both for the restaurant and for the catering operation.

The welcome that you receive from our restaurant staff is warm, uplifting and truly heartfelt. Eating should be a relaxing experience and we are sure that there will be a smile on your face after dining with us.

Additions at Khanage
Special lunch buffet………We know that many of our customers would like to enjoy our delights at lunchtime but are often worried about time. Don’t worry, this is not a problem. We have created special lunchtime menus (changed daily) so you’ll still get a great dining experience economically and without compromise.

Age is just a number... We'd like everyone to share the Khanage experience. We have created a special children's menu ensuring that our younger patrons do not feel left out. We love children so please do bring the little ones with you when you visit us.
Desserts...... Unlike many restaurants we are pleased to cook our own selection of desserts, including Kheer, GajarHalwa and GulabJamun.
