I visited this morning 19/8 with my son to get a full uniform as his starting yr 7. I was absolutely dreading it. We were first in line which I was relieved about but was still dreading the actual shopping part. We were greeted by Chan No14 and I can only describe this lady as a uniform shopping angel. She was absolutely fantastic. Asked us what we needed and was straight on it, took one look at my son and bought out a blazer perfect fit, tops perfect fit, trousers were a bit snug, no problem quick change for next size up, Chan was absolutely amazing. She spoke to my little 3yr old whilst my son tried things on so she didn’t get bored, I literally had to just stand there and say thank you. Even at the till Chan remembered the PE shorts I needed to order as I didn’t. She was absolutely brilliant, we were in and out in half an hour all because Chan was so efficient. It was the easiest and nicest uniform shopping experience I’ve ever had. Couldn’t rate the shop and Chan especially any higher. The lady behind the till was also very friendly and made sure I had all I need. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Chan, you are amazing.
Visited the shop yesterday and was delighted by the bright and welcoming atmosphere. The store was well-staffed, with assistance and advice readily available. We were helped by a lovely lady named Chan, who was incredibly patient and attentive to our requests, ensuring we found exactly what we needed. As my child tried on uniform sizes, Chan kept me engaged in a pleasant conversation, making the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you, Chan, for making our visit so warm and welcoming. 5 stars for Chan!
It’s rare I leave a review but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I usually find school shopping an absolute headache but this place made it so easy for me. The workers, The manager everyone were fabulous. The queue was quick, We weren’t outside for a long time, which was great because there is nothing i hate more than waiting!!! I’d definitely be returning as i’ll need to shop for my other child and surprisingly i can’t wait to come back!

I ordered a uniform for my child from this store because it was not in stock at the time. I was assured by the staff that they would call me when the item was ready for collection and that it would be available within 5 days, before we left for our holiday. However, we never received a call. When we attempted to contact the store, we found out that the store does not even have a phone number.nnAfter returning from our holiday, I took time off work to visit the store, but I realized I had forgotten the receipt. Despite confirming that the uniform was in stock and being able to prove the purchase, the staff refused to help us without the physical receipt. When I asked what would happen if the receipt was lost, I was told to look for it at home first, and only then could they assist further. Due to my work schedule and the ongoing congestion in the area caused by the closure of Selinas Lane, I cannot keep making trips back to the store.nnWhile I understand that policies need to be followed, the rude attitude and refusal to offer any assistance were extremely frustrating. I strongly recommend that the store owners invest in better customer service training for their staff and consider hiring more professional, experienced employees.
