I had a very good experience with Khalsa Schoolwear. The staff were friendly, patient, and very helpful when helping me find the correct uniform sizes. The quality of the school uniforms is excellent and the materials are strong and durable for children to wear every day.
Good uniform quality and they had the range of sizes for all items. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.nnParking is good but can be tight when busy. Highly advise to come here during the quieter periods.nnNollieyoung black girl, sorry if I've misspelt your name was a breath of fresh air. She was knowledgeable, courteous and fast. Very poor experience. I ordered two items for delivery but cancelled the order in writing shortly afterwards. Despite this, the shop still proceeded to dispatch and deliver the items, then refused a return, insisting they were non-refundable despite my cancellation being made before dispatch.nnPrices are also higher than elsewhere for the same products. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop and instead using Castle Green at Jo Richardson, better service, more reasonable pricing, and a far smoother experience overall.nnI expect the usual defensive response, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing school uniform from here.
Great shop for schoolwear however this is the only place you can buy branded schoolwear, which means you have to accept the quality/price.nnAfter washing these garments they shrink a lot and I didn't even put them in the tumble dryer. They really don't last very well, not what you want when buying school uniform. It basically means that you have to buy items again...and no the child didn't have an overnight growth spurt!nnWhen I asked the staff about it today, they said yes, you should size up but this wasn't explained at time of purchase. Something to consider parents!nnThe items bobble very quickly, especially on the jumpers and the sizing is completely off so make sure to take your child with you. They have some strange sizes like 34 or 36 which makes me think these are made abroad cheaply and then sold to us at high prices to generate a large margin!
Great experience the staff are so knowledgeable and understanding. I really liked how they were patient with me. The quality is really good and outlasts supermarket stuff by far.
