We are part of one of the Midlands largest and most successful salon groups, situated in the heart of Tutbury right on the High Street.

We are a Wella Professionals colour salon and stock Wella SP (System Professional) products, we also stock Sebastian products which are a hugely popular professional American brand.



We are an official GHD salon and have the gold series stylers, the Platinum irons and the Arctic Gold limited edition irons and tongs!

Was my hairdresser for a few years didn’t have any problems until recently. Asked for a dark copper colour which I was told was achievable- ended up with bright orange hair and uneven roots. Was told to wash it out at home and it would fade to the colour I wanted, so I left thinking this would be the case. Washed my hair as advised and my hair faded into an awful light orange colour and on top of that I was charged more than agreed without being told so during my appointment. Imagine my surprise having bright orange hair and then being told I have to pay more than was agreed. On top of that- when I mentioned I wasn’t happy with the result I was gaslit- she tried telling me the colour was not achievable and she told me that at my appointment? Anyone with common sense would know that if it wasn’t achievable your client would have probably asked for another colour!! Absolutely appalling service. Spoke to another hairdresser elsewhere and they were shocked by what I told them. Asked for a refund but they don’t care about the results of your hair clearly! Only got a refund of the toner used which was nothing for compensation considering how much they messed up. Ended up getting blocked on instagram by the stylist and hair page, how immature and unprofessional! Avoid !!
Been my go to salon for 3 years. I had to cancel an appointment same day due to being ill. The salon wanted to charge me £70 cancellation fee 50% of my appointment and after more emails where they were happy for me to come in whilst feeling sick even! I was told I would have to pay £50 upfront to re-book like I'm a serial hair appointment no show! . Made me feel very unwelcome there . The whole sorry thing could have been avoided by them re booking and saying get well soon. My hairdresser I loved, always did a great job and I wanted her to know it was nothing to do with her I shall obviously go where I feel welcome as a valued customer. Bit of a silly policy the cancellation fee. I totally get it from a business point of view but it's not legally enforceable and you just upset your customers without actually collecting it ‍. And hairdressing is such a personal thing, it can't be treated as a 100% business transaction ... Such a shame.... And just my opinion obviously.
I had a wash and blowdry haircut today. It was more than adequate 10/10 would recommend
Amazing salon. Always so friendly and welcoming. Great service, happy staff. Harriet does a fantastic job, she listened to what I wanted and clearly explained what and how she was going to cut my hair. Best salon ever !

Im very fussy about where I have my haircut and have recently moved to the area. They were able to get me in at short notice and Sophie, who cut was friendly and welcoming. I've booked again for my next appointment
wasnt happy with my hair cut this time , paid £34 for a dry cut , normal its a good style but this time it has no style ,no shape at the back , my price quoted on line when i booked was £25 ,i wont be going to this salon again ,i feel my hair is a mess. angela
