As a TL at a different KFC I know it’s nice to share positive results with the team and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience here. I came in on the 1/4/24 on the evening shift and everything was perfect. The lobby was clean, toilets were clean, staff was friendly, food was hot and service was quick. The gravy was amazing so hats off to who was on sides! I customised my order and it was all great. Well done team! We ate in the car and as I was talking to my partner about the food and service a rainbow came out. Little pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
Food portions have shrunk so much -£16 for pictured food. The bathroom is dirty with empty toilet rolls and toilet paper strewn on the floor. The taps aren't timed so you manualy have to hold it open to get water, leaving you to wash your hands... with only one hand free at a time... the food itself was fine apart from the fries which tasted a bit off
Food was lush too be fair, but what stood out most was the lovely young lady behind the till.. we came in yesterday and she was so friendly, confident in helping assist us in every way and went the extra mile with my fussy little girl who wanted ice cream but wasn't sure on sauce! She really is an asset too the team there! So thank you very much.
I took my son here for lunch during half term instead of the other branch in Worcester.nnUpon entering, the bins were overflowing and appeared not to have been emptied for a number of hours.nnI understand that costs have increased in respect of wages, utilities, ingredients etc., but I would also expect tables to be cleaned and bins emptied.nnAt the time of writing I have been waiting. 25 minutes and counting for a simple order for two people.nnI will not be returning.
As a vegetarian I tried their no Fricken chicken. No fricken way. Bland none of the kfc flavour. Even the meat eaters with me were disappointed. Service was poor , ignored and slow.
