What has happened to this place worse one I've been too. No coffee no milkshakes only drinks are diet pop or water. Then there's the food. Fillet burger with no lettuce or mayo actually there was a little lettuce look at the photo I'm gobsmacked wont ever spend money there again. I thought the reviews were bad but thought nah cant be that bad look at my photo of burger even chicken is soggy not crispy
Absolute worst KFC I've ever had. Service absolutely dreadful, food tasted awful and dry like it's been sat for hours. Wings clearly not cooked correctly as just covered thick with breading and didn't resemble or taste like any chicken wing ive had from KFC before. It was late on a weekday so staff clearly couldn't care less, yet everything still full price.
If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC. When I walked in to collect my order, which I paid for, the lady staff immediately assumed I was a delivery driver, simply because I am not British. Instead of greeting me like a regular customer, she said they will not be able to provide the food without a bag.nnWhen I explained that I was there to collect my food for myself, their attitude didn’t change much. It was clear that they had made assumptions based on my appearance, which is completely unacceptable and racist.nnNo customer should ever be treated differently because of their background. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. I won’t be returning to this KFC, and I strongly suggest management address their staff’s attitude towards customers of all backgrounds.
First of all it's neat place and placed in a clean area, feel so much comfortable to dine in there.But it's quite busy there drive through and dine in.Really good experience as a customer good employees there, food is also tasty.wheelchair access car parking facility toilet also available there.you can enjoy with your friends and family like a good atmosphere inside or in the car.I really appreciated the way they placed the building,we can sit inside and get a view of outside while eating.I give a five star rating for it.
What can I say I'll never eat from hear again they should be shut down permanently not only do they steel from you and con you if you order a bucket you get no breast just legs 3 times I ordered online just got 14 legs every time ordered in store twice all legs again and food doesn't even task like KFC and is greedy and horrible not to mention the place is scummy as hell dirty filthy place gog knows what germs are on your food and filth this is the tipe of place you can guarantee spit on your food maby even worse as seen in my photos of the toilets are this kind of a state years of neglect what state is the rest of it in I will also be spending my complaints into the franchise head office for investigation as well as sending onto health and safety and food hygiene for health inspection to be carried out human excrement every where blood and all sorts toilet brushes look years old covered caped embedded with human excitement baby changing covered in filth the works it's diabolical that a restaurant is this ban my recommendation is runaway never eat hear go to another place plenty of decent health places to eat in the area.
