Was surprised it wasn't more busy but felt great drove down parked up. Large carpark didn't use drive through like to order when not driving. Polite staff asked me what I wanted. Got boneless bucket . Extra gravy and 20 hot wings took 2 minutes to get it very fast . Was happy with the speed .Food: 5/5
Considering it is situated very close to the main attractions, it was very quiet which was nice Food was very tasty and very hot and very good. Customer service!! not so good... Maybe the staff had had a very busy day and she was tired.....let's just give her the benefit of doubt.
Absolute shambles of a place. Waited at first window to not be greeted so I drive round to place my order as they normally do and they wouldn’t do it and wanted me to drive around again because their headset system has broke, but somehow that’s my fault. I left without ordering, the management is clueless and they have a really bad attitude and customer service. By the looks of the other reviews they need a serious intervention. Won’t use again.
They serve halal meat & don't have any milkshakes ever now, don't have as good chips as McDonald's, didn't have any hot drinks available when I went there about 9:20pm, & are quite pricey now but their chicken burgers are much more filling & bigger than McDonald's, the service was very good, they was polite unlike McDonalds, & got our order correct unlike McDonalds. Overall I can't see why they get such bad reviews but I have only been once. Would visit again myself personally so far.
Annoying branch with too many order mistakes. I get the staff are probably underpaid and overworked but it is very frustrating to the point I won't bother going in again here. One small example: I walk in, it is not very busy. No drive thrus at this point and maybe 10 people inside at most. No beans available as sides to a meal on the order screens so I decide to wait patiently in a small queue to specifically order them at the desk with a meal. Guy taking the order with his female colleague fulfilling the orders hanging around listening in. I say clearly I came to the desk because beans are not an option on the screens with this meal. Ok, beans as the side and showing up on the receipt. I step aside and wait, the woman fulfils the order and calls my number. I leave in a little hurry, sit down and find gravy in there. It's a nothing mistake that can be common, irritating but considering these circumstances should never happen. It happens very often here. Particularly bad at this branch where I have had no trouble elsewhere.
Bad experience, miserable incompetent staff, dirty establishment, got my order wrong. Wrong order but decided to just go with it anyway. When I bit into the chicken, liquid oil came gushing out like a fountain, and I asked for a glass of tap water and was rudely refused, could not believe it! Who refuses to give paying customers tap water in this day and age?? I went to the toilet to wash the grease, came back and my food had been binned by staff in the 2 mins I was away?! I thought about complaining but then thought they'd probably done me a favour by binning it, waste of a tenner though. Avoid KFC Skegness, unless you want to be put off fried chicken. Probably did me a favour and I feel sick when I think of KFC now, so good for the bank balance and the waistline.
Food was good, we sat inside on Thursday 16th Feb in the afternoon. The reason for the 2 stars is the way the manager spoke to the staff. She had a massive go at one member of staff about something that had happened with a drive thru order when she was serving another customer. You could tell this completely humiliated the young lass and how it was dealt with was completely uncalled for. Myself and husband are and have been management in retail and hospitality and this could of been dealt with much better and certainly not whilst she was in the middle of serving someone else and for anyone eating in to hear it too.
Food was greasy. Chips were made with potato skin on them. Thought the skin was supposed to be crispy, but this was the same as my previous meal at Worksop. Not going againFood: 1/5
I went there yesterday, it was nice and chill, I was surprised to see a KFC in general be so clean, great and fast customer service, and the food was delicious therefore I'm generally impressed and happy with my experience there.Food: 5/5
