We came on 11.10.2024 at 22:10 we ordered zinger stacker meal and buffalo burger meal, the lady repeated ‘ do you want buffalo meal?’ We said yes, she asked ‘medium or large’ we said medium, instead she gave a normal chicken burger with mayo, we came back, she said there is no buffalo burger, when before that she asked ‘ do you want buffalo meal?’ And she asked if we want it changed to zinger stacker, we said yes, instead she gave us a plain chicken burger with ketchup. Worst service ever, customer is always right. Didnt even apologise for mistakes, we was 2 people in the car and we know what we ordered and heard what she said, she was rude and disrespectful. People like that shouldnt work in kfc. Skinny girl with brown dark hair.
Made a mistake when ordering online and had wrong collection location as order was made to Portadown branch instead of Newry, the Filipino Manager was very helpful and went out of his way to correct mistake. Other staff also friendly and helpful.
The staff can't even take an order correctly and then when told they gave the wrong chicken burger totally refused to refund or give the correct burger. So paid for a burger that we didn't get. Place should be shut down its a total health hazard anyway. Raw old chicken served its disgusting. Change in management needed badly..
Worst KFC I ever had. I ordered a mighty bucket as takeaway and when I reached home there was no bag of fries which was supposed to be there and the chicken pieces tasted horrible with bad oil taste. Never will go there again. You are charging more than enough Atleast change the oil.
**Visited here May 2023.nnStandard drive-in KFC. Reasonable parking. Toilets OK.nnThe food was good with no issues.nnIf you like KFC, this is fine.
