Just had KFC and it totally hit the spot! The chicken was super crispy and juicy, just how I like it. You can’t beat that classic KFC flavor—it never gets old.nnStaff were friendly and the place was clean, which made the whole thing even better. Honestly, no complaints—KFC crushed it this time. Definitely coming back soon!
Food can be hit and miss. Complaint made re undercooked chicken was not responded to by management well on one occasion. But staff serving are always friendly and helpful.
Awfull . This goes refers to another review by alan lenton. Your response says it all.. the food was cold and many missing parts. Your customer service are awfull. Im sure it will happen again to others . Mu partner has called over 35 times to speak to a manager. No one answers. .. wont be useing again. You owe him money. Wont be leaving it at this . I wld recommend you look back to saturday night orders and address this.
We ordered our usual Friday lunch time KFC takeaway and was underwhelmed by the food. As you can see by the picture attached my portion of fries was a bit lacking in quality and quantity, as were my fellow colleagues orders, The condiments and cutlery were also missing. I understand that it gets a bit busy but this shouldn't take away from the service that people are paying for.n*Please note, this was my actual portion size and not a spurious account.nThanks
This is a second time Iv come home to bits missing out my order. Rang and had the phone put down on me. It’s very inconvenient to keep missing things Iv paid for
