Walked into Canvey Island, KFC today, I’ve not eaten KFC since the 90s. Worker, Rachel saw me looking lost and asked me if I need assistance? Rachel helped with me order my food and gave me many options to choose from as it’s been a while. Thank you Rachel for your excellent customer service skills, much appreciated. I hope KFC appreciates you, as you’re an asset to the company.
Consistently dirty in corners and smells , has to wait 6 mins + for 3 peices of chiken , even tho there is absolutly no on in side the shop , I have a Fortnite tornament in 10 mins but no I can’t play anymore becuase my food took ages , no point going back but food good , also I lost the arcade game because it’s rigged , SCAM
I was served today by Michael and he was such a pleasure - there was a little wait on food but that's only because we had specific requirements however this was no issue as he communicated this clearly and was very polite! His colleague Rachel was also lovely as we had a quick chat while she was working. Much better than Pitsea KFC!
Waited nearly two hours for our home delivery we only live 0.7 miles away, the chips was cold the chicken was warm, when I tried phoning them they wouldn't answer nore did the delivery driver,the delivery driver didn't even apologise
Unfortunately the food was a bit cold and the hot chocolate was very cold mot ideal
