Disgusting. The work surfaces in the kitchen were filthy and the staff were shouting and cursing at each other as though it was a Saturday night at Kelly's. One of the staff was flinging pieces of chicken into a bin on the ground. I nervously ordered the 3 piece chicken hoping I wasn't going to receive one of the bits ready for the bin. The 3 piece chicken I received seemed to be reheated chicken from earlier and the oil around it was so hot I burnt the roof of my mouth. I felt sick afterwards as I felt sure it was probably due to be thrown out had I not come in to order. I had the same experience here the last time I came years ago and hoped it would change but as soon as I saw the behaviour of the staff I felt apprehensive from the start. Avoid this place.

The food was great but the service was slow and if I wanted to listen to LOUD music I would go to Kellys but not when I am having something to eat.. Background music means in the background. The. Wastebins were overflowing but the staff didn't seem to be bothered.

Very Poor service calling my friends order by the wrong name he ordered a fully loaded meal and they called it out as a tower meal sat for about 3-4 mins before they told us that it was his but put into the tower box also my own order was wrong as I ordered and paid for what I thot was 3xportions of mini fillets and I received 3minoli fillets also our boneless banquet meals which includes gravy well the gravy was like TAR. INCIDENTALLY IT WAS THE COLERAINE KFC AND I WAS IN 45 MINS AGO APPROX THINK MY BILL WAS £16.87 OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.NOT HAPPY AT ALL BE A WHILE B4 I AM BACK

Im sorry but i went with my partner 2nite and my order was completely wrong but i was soo annoyed that i couldnt complain as i didnt want to cause a bad atmosfere, i was sitting in, i heard 2 wrong orders bein delivered to people while i was there, its been alot better but 2nite was a fail by far. Its sad as the staff were nice but very chatty with each other it was like they ignored customers and left people standing waitin to order for about 10mins.this was around 7pm. I know they can do better and in general my visits there have been very good.
