Someone didn't put the lid of the gravy on properly so when we got home the paper bag emptied its contents all over our car and doorstep.... They refunded me but I've now spent a couple of hours cleaning up their mess. So bad I can't even....
Whoever is preparing the food needs retrained as I’ve never had a KFC meal like it, i ordered the zínger Tower meal and it was smothered with tomato sauce, the hash brown was saturated in it as well. The portions of fries were also small and the chicken gravy was well watered down. The place was busy and we had to wait 30 minutes on our order, loads of people waiting on orders, more staff needed and properly trained. Waste of money, I hope the other people we spoke to write feedback as well, the cashier Humaira was constantly working her way through orders and was polite but could have done with help.nnPlease don’t bother to reply with the standard apology you cut and paste, you need to up your standards! Coleraine KFC is the worst I’ve ever visited!!
Really kind and patient staff at this KFC. We had a few accidental spills, but the team handled everything calmly and professionally. Only improvement would be having napkins, disposable wooden cutlery and red sauce available. Great service overall.
2nd time went in KFC after 18 months and nothing has change,still terrible. My friend told me that they have changed with there customer service so I thought let's give it a go again went in this evening and order and ask if I can have legs or thighs for the chicken, unfortunately they say they can't promise anything, I told them that I dnt like wings/breast, as I was ordering for the family the bill would be around £50/60, as they can't promise anything I decided to cancel the whole order, and the girl ask if I want anything else, I mean seriously,why would anyone buy or pay for something they dnt want or need, is it all the KFC franchise like this,they dnt like changing anything for the customers. They always tell you they can't do it but in reality the question is do they want to or not, I'm sure if they want to they can give customers what they want,will not go back again.
When we got there it was busy however there was inly 1 member of staff at the front so the food was not going out quick at all. We found a table to sit 8 people as we were a group if 7 but it was extremely dirty and there was someones rubbish still there. Someones food got stolen and he got a new one for free but that took a very long time. 4 of us ordered to pay at counter and when we were about to pay, they were not accepting cash orders as it was too busy, the food wasnt too overpriced but the food was awful, all the chicken was soft and limp and the chk fillet burger was tiny. When they accepted cash orders there food took forever and was also terrible. Someones gravy wasnt edible as it was too thick and practically paste. Someone ordered a drink after the rush when there was no orders and it took 6 minuted for them to grab a bottle from the drink right beside them.
