Not happy, we are decorating, so fast food handy, but twice in as many weeks the order has been wrong, counter staff don't seem to understand what the order was so appeared to guess!! First time had less than ordered, second time twice as much each! The dog was happy with the extras I suppose. I know that you can check your receipt but when the counter is busy you aren't getting any sense from the counter staff so gave in, maybe give it a miss in future.

Dropped in today as McDonald's was packed. Only 2 tables on use, so not busy. Service was slow and not friendly. Staff dont know how to sell its like customers are aliens. I have a loyalty card but was never asked for it. Basic training needed here I'd say. A member of staff wiped a table with a dirty cloth no spray onto the floor. Wouldn't like to see this place busy.

Amazing service. So friendly and helpful. The staff are doing their best and sometimes even exceeding the expectations. The food was perfectly cooked, very tasty, fresh and why not saying cheap. Best KFC in the area. Well done, Omagh!
