Dunno if this is how all KFC’s are now but I was here years ago and loved it, now I’m back and its absolutely awful. Manky droopy microwave looking chips, a floppy fillet roll. Should have checked the reviews before deciding on here over the other options. Will not be back.
The fried chicken burger smells bad and tastes weird. The mayonnaise is very sour tastes like expired. The fried chicken original flavor/ no sauceon the side is sour too. Only the fires are fine......I'm worried about getting a stomach bug afterwards That is my only dinner....Food: 1/5
Manky, hair in food annd freezing cold. Manager thinks he’s Nipsey Hustle. Regular customers and will never eat there again. Rude, no management skills, disgusting customer service. KFC have really fallen from grace. As the employee expression goes, you get what you pay for.

UPDATE: After almost 3 months, I have got my refund. So, this is a good step forward. ISSUE: I visited KFC in Dundrum Town Center, Dublin, on Sunday, 10th October 2022 at 4:23 pm in KFC. After finishing order on in-store touchscreen, everything went smooth, I paid with my Revolut card, but after that I did not get receipt neither refund, neither meal. I just got info on the screen that something went wrong. I spoke with KFC representative and explained what was just happened to me and a few other customers as well. He said it will be refunded in 2-7 working days. On 1st November 2022, I saw my receipt is completed € 43.70. On this day, 17/11/2022 they asked me for the 3rd time to present transaction details even I documented that in my initial complain. They charge my card, I did not get a meal and now they cannot figure what transaction it was... What a business model!!!
This one is not better than the one in carrickmines, both are slow, very slow. If I have an another choice, I definitely go elsewhere! KFC is not fast food anymore in my opinion.
The food is great, price is reasonable, and you don’t have to wait so long for your food to be ready. You can do your shopping from dundrum shopping center and then grab a bite in kfc which is easy to reach and cozy. I highly suggest kfc bucket which is economical for two people, I also like chicken burger. The portion of the food is enough to make you feel full. Enjoy!
The restaurant is always clean and tidy although service is often painfully slow. The food is your standard KFC so no surprises thereFood: 4/5
Had payment issues, they charged me twice due to an error at one of the screens. When i finally got the order one of the drinks was wrong and the dip was also wrong. Chicken tasted soggy and very unlike the usual quality of KFC chicken. I ordered corn on the cob as a side and it was completely soaked and constantly dripped all over my chips when i took it out of the package. Overall a very negative experience and i will never be going back to that particular restaurant.
Ordered two snack boxes got given one, chicken breast was pink slimy and under-cooked. get your quality control under wrap! Kfc used to be a lot better! I will not be back I have been to 3 different kfc's in the last few months and had hoped the quality would improve but it hasn't its just shocking!
