gravy bucket is the best! only few things to point out- sometimes it can be overly oily to the point where the chicken is soggy this only happened once so its okay : it does get very busy on weekends so tables can be hard to get but overall great place!Food: 5/5
I ordered a rice box meal , large and I got a order of chips along with it. The second time I went I didn't because apparently that wasn't in the meal. But instead of them letting me tell my confusion they continually spoke over me, I understand it's Xmas stress but like let the person talking to you at least say their piece instead of continuously talking over them, I always take the staff side in situations because they actually let me say my piece and then I always accept the outcome bad or good because I understand then getting in trouble. But maybe instead of talking over Me let me speak and then I wouldn't have left a poor review.great food just terrible manner's
Great friendly service from paola, food was OK... Chicken fillet in the burger was cold, cheese didn't even get close to melting. If it was not for paola the star rating would be a 2..not a 4..
Got a chicken roll meal today. Roll was stale, cold and very mean serving of cheese and lettuce and paid €9.70 for it. So dissapointing
One of the best KFC’s in Ireland. Good experience after several visits. Fast preparation and good quality food. Very very better than the KFC in Galway.
This was the worst chicken based food Ive had ever - the fillet burger barley reached the edge of the burger bun the sauce tasted like cheap light salad cream, the chips were like the cheapest oven chips and you got about 12 in the portion - never again - the staff were ok but not very welcoming one girl was screeching order number out to customers like the banshee
This was the "Mighty for one" meal and €13 there is about 8 fries here... So NOT mighty at all. The Crescent KFC are the most tight and miserable with portions. Chicken was poor also.
No issues with customer service - it was great! The food however, not so great. A soggy burger, watery gravy, overcooked chips... one piece of original recipe that was not only overcooked, but dusted in spices instead of coated properly. I was hungry enough to just eat it, but I regretted it afterwards. Expected better quality from KFC to be honest.
The best KFC in the country...and the server a young man named Lee was a breath of fresh air ...helpful patient and a n extremely pleasent maner.he was a pleasure.
Hands down the best chicken I've tasted and that gravy and supercharger sauce goes great with everything I would have given 5 stars if they were a little more generous with the portion of chips sometimes you have to get an extra bag just to make up a regular portion
