I ordered burgers without any sauce got sauce on all the burgers clearly requested for no sauce have a EGG ALLERGY THEY STILL PUT MAYONNAISE IN THE BURGERS.clearly the staff are not trained to read the allergy description. The big guys get away with it clearly the environmental health do not care.JUST EAT NEED TO SORT IT OUT ALWAYS PUTTING MONEY FIRST NOT LIFE.
The most horrible KFC I’ve ever been. We love KFC but this brunch has wrong staff. No manners what so ever. I went with my wife and kids to have a nice meal but they ruined the day I’m writing this comment so people like at the shop until the management actually takes this seriously. Because this is not only be the hundreds of comments which actually indicates the shop is one of the worst KFC. These people are damaging the brand value. I’ve been giving reviews on Google for many years but I’ve never been as angry as today. The shop was full of drivers and they don’t let any customers in very funny. Even though they had auntie Said and we agreed to go for the contract and trace from NHS. Decide this just wait outside “until the shop has less people” I asked the man how are you going to serve customers if you let us in and take a seat. They said once you said people can come in. Then why can you not sit and people can come in. The whole thing did not make sense. This is not the first time. Is the third time in a row it happened with us. If you doubt I am uploading some images we can go check the meta data of the image and find out when were the pictures were taken. After leaving the shop there was a driver suggest is us not to go there anymore. He said they’re always rude to the customers so less customer come in the shop, because usually they’re really busy with takeaway. Then why don’t they serve customers. Shame on KFC for not actually looking into these things, even after so many complain. 2022 still the worst KFC in Birmingham
Never order online. Stone cold fries and burger. Warm can, and I believe i had a piece of chicken. Which was tiny and obviously cold. I think the rubbish is kept for online orders who cant complain in person. Id say if the building was ablaze the food would be cooked more professionally. Waste of time and money. 1 star is extremely generous
This is the first time I have had such disgusting service. We waited inside at the tills no one served us or even looked at us. The staff was horrific, rude, unhygienic and just plain disgusting. The man put the food in a customers bag and said I gave you beans cuz we didn't have corn and walked off. This is unacceptable not getting the food but more so that he didn't even care to ask. He then shouted in my face asking who ordered vegan burgers. This is truly dreadful as he didn't even acknowledge I was there. This service and branch should be closed down. I have never experienced this before. The lady came out and she was also very rude leaning on the counter showing attitude. At this point I had walked out as this is disgusting. I have never been treated in this manner before. The facilities are disgusting there is grime and food everywhere on the tills etc. Customers are treated like animals here and you've lost out on a customer
Hey. It's KFC, so you know what it's about. Visited the counter and service was prompt and efficient on this visit. However would recommend you always check your order before leaving - in the rush they can miss items out.Food: 4/5
Every-time i think the last visit here but after sometime i give another try coz that’s close to My home but they can’t be change. I never ever seen the poor service and rude staff anywhere around the UK. They deal customers like we are begging and asking free food. Honestly i hold my self from Long time but I couldn’t anymore. Most of the time wrong orders and drive through take much longer then other drive through. Wish the management take action and trained them properly if not then send them home coz they deserve. What else to say honestly….
Small, depressing, crowded, understaffed, extremely slow service. Only a couple of tables to sit and eat. It is more if a takeaway or drive through place. Incomplete orders supplied. Saw a customer return as fries had not been supplied. They waited another 15 minutes for the fries. If it wasn't one of the Halal KFCs, I would never visit again. Kid-friendliness: Definitely not Dietary restrictions: Halal food
I got my burger the chicken is over cooked and burnt. I went to manager and asked him can you please change chicken as it’s over cooked. Manager said it’s suppose to be like this, I am not having chicken first time I knew how it should be cooked. The chips were all tasteless small burnt bits, If you don’t want to waste your money don’t go there. I am very disappointed with the food and manager response.
The megabox is legendary as it took steps to prepare a wonderful meal that was impeccable to its standards, especially the gravy was temptations with limitations that divulge that was coating the meat that taste great with full potential especially the flavours drink watermelons juice.
Ordered items now left the 1.5L Pepsis Max out of my order. Kid-friendliness: Paid for the 1.5L Pepsis Max but not included in the delivery
