Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. First off, this venue blatantly shows no respect for the new COVID regulations. I saw multiple staff not only with their masks down, but some were touching their faces and then handling the food. The customers that were dining in were not being checked for their vaccination status which is legally required to dine in at any hospitality venue. Now about the service. Myself and two others arrived at this venue today and placed our order. I received my order almost immediately. My first friend received his meal just under half an hour after placing his order and when he finally received it, his chips were fully cold. Thankfully the staff replaced the chips immediately after this was brought to attention so this was not an issue. My second friend checked in to see how far off his meal was and we were told it would be up in about a minute. Keep in mind that at most points throughout service, there were up to six staff out the front of house. Another ten minutes passed and my second friend still hadn't heard anything about his meal. I ask to speak to the supervisor on duty a young man named Ryan who when I brought the issues regarding masks, lack of checking statuses and the lengthy wait time on food without explanation, looked at me blankly, said sorry and walked off. He then came back out to let us know that the person on the burger station had marked the order off so if I hadn't pulled a supervisor over, we would not have received the meal at all. I have never seen a KFC have such a lack of care for their service and the laws regarding COVID mandates. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and of I managed this venue, I'd be teaching this supervisor how to properly solve issues on the floor instead of walking away.
Slowest service ever. Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes before being told to park for a 3 minute wait. 15 minutes later I had to go in to look for my order only to be told I still had to wait. Asked twice if my order was correct only to get home to food missing. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be going back again
The staff move at the slowest pace I have ever seen in the industry. Everything is an effort. They don't want to serve customers. They think we can't see them scoffing at each other. Sweetie, this ain't TV, I can hear you! There is chicken and rubbish all over the service counter, all over the food preparation counter. Really long wait for a really simple order. I know its KFC. But if you KFC here, You're going to have a bad time !
*TRAILER WARNING* Driving into the parking area to find that there is no parking for trailers and also no way out besides through the drive through. Lucky I only had a camper and not a full caravan on the back. Then 30+ minutes for the order to be served. Give this kfc a miss.
This place needs a update, upgrade, new managers and new staff that want to work and that is organised better. The service is so slow and never have chicken to serve at a kfc restaurant. It’s really poor quality food as well and I hope the big leagues see this post so something is done about this. Wake up workers, if you don’t like your then find something else.
Guaranteed food poisoning Every single time I visit here I get sick, so does anyone else in my family that dares eat the food from here It's ran by a bunch of incompetent knuckle dragging mouth breathing teenagers with 0 life skills at all, completely inept at cooking remedial food such as chicken and chips Disgusting conditions, floors filthy, terrible parking, an absolutely braindead speed bump on the way in and out of the drive through, and almost always out of something, whether it be chicken or drinks. Something is always wrong here, the order is always missing something and I'm always leaving disappointed. The low iq's running KFC warwick need to be fired for being so incompetent
Expect slow service at the warwick kfc store and soggy chips personally prefer Hot n Spicy ! Do like the new touch screens social distance everyone
Sunday, 18 December 2022 Giant feast 15 p chicken mostly legs. 18 nuggets 3 large chips Potato and gravy..... 1.25 solo was flat. No coleslaw. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Chicken and nuggets had no flavour. Chicken was dry... Usually love the KFC from Warwick.
Horrible drive through experience and very limited parking. We went here a week ago to get takeaway via the drive through and were asked to park in the waiting bay that would be fine but there is only about 5 parks out front and they were all full of customers waiting. So I had to park basically in the service station. After about 10 minutes a staff member came out to bring some food to parked customers and I alerted her to where I was she said she would be straight back out with my meal 27 minutes later I went inside to all junior staff with no conflict resolution experience and no care. Now I don't mind waiting but 37 minutes for fast food is unacceptable unless being told prior and then suddenly my meal was ready and in my hand without so much as a sorry
Great and fat service but really disappointing the fact it’s filthy, it’s 11.05am and they have been open an hour, I take it they didn’t clean up last night because they don’t seem busy enough to have such a mess in the dining area here only an hour after opening, being clean is just as important as service! And the toilet is no better wow. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon
