Only delivered part of our food. Missed 3 pieces of chicken and chips. Phoned up, absolutely useless. Would help if people could actually Speak English. KFC Greenford and Northolt are a joke. All these mistakes the take away franchises are making have actually done us a favour. We now eat better with Gusto. For 25 pound you can get 5 meals delivered and it takes minutes to cook. THIRTY POUND FOR KFC, NO CHANCE. OH YH, THEY DELIVER WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR! BYE KFC!
What a waste of time I ordered on Uber eats & there were 2 wraps missing in my order and the manager didn’t help me !!! avoid !!! Also the prices are high compare to other kfc ubereats prices not happy at all
Complete rubbish. Ordered from Ubereats. Tiny portion of chips. One can of drink missing, the ones that were delivered were warm but the food itself was barely warm at all. I rang the shop to complain but all he did was blame Uber who only deliver it, not prepare it.
Wings was disguating,smelly and old. Couldn't eat them so bring them back, no one offer me money back when I ask for. They give me anotherbigger portion of rubbish wings. Never again! Definitely not reccomended-worst KFC where I've been.
I ordered zinger rice box for which I waited more than 15 mins and the zinger / non-veg pieces were completely uncooked , hard to cut n chew . Pathetic food delivered in a fancy way. Sorry KFC I never expected this from you :
I took a meal via Uber, they sent me the order incomplete and when I went to them there was a person I spoke with and he did not want to solve the problem, I was returning from work and hungry, I talked to him and tried to explain to him but to no avail , Really it was very annoying and disappointing. I will never go back to KFC again I promise.
I Ordered a Zinger burger meal and what I received was nothing short of a overcooked piece of chicken smacked onto to a dry toasted role with lettuce aged to brown edges, lacking of crispness and was obviously not fresh. No zinger source, was not a tower and did not have the hash brown, the chips were limp and the drink was about the only thing they got right. I attempted to phone Greenford branch to request help with rectifying my order, no answer. Spent a total of 22 minutes trying to get through to them to query my order, to no avail. Ended up ordering from McDonalds, at least they get your order right. As for the pathetic excuse of a Zinger tower burger which I officially will never order again from Greenford, was put in the trash, where it obviously belongs. The after sales service from your branch is nothing short of ridicules. and NO I will not be recommending your restaurant to anyone so don't even bother trying to contact me, unless you are attempting to give me a refund.
Do not order from here. The zinger burger was an ordinary fillet burger, the chips were made from rotten potatoes. The shop would not answer their phone calls when I tried to call and tell them. Go to Aladdins in West EALING instead. Its the best shop ever, really clean chicken, proper chips. My question for this Kfc is this chicken from the actual franchise and not packaged from another source. Really disappointed. Also see pictures, is this a zinger burger or small piece of fillet of chicken, dumped in mayo......
Chicken wing is full of feathers, it’s just disgusting, not to mention how tiny some of them are. See the smallest piece on the picture One of the chicken thigh was so horrible, meat mush have gone off already before it was fried. Ended up in the bin…
Great customer service, and the food is of the usual KFC quality you can expect. It can get busy often and when it does, orders can take a while set your expectations. This branch gets a lot of online orders and the staff work hard to juggle them with the walk in customers, from my several experiences visiting. The place looks clean so that’s a plus. My rating loses one star as KFC corporate need to increase the kitchen area, equipment, and staff to handle demand.
