It was an amazing KFC compared to others, the cleanliness was perfect and the atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend the jubilee street party meal but it is gone after tommorrow. Overall a lovely place and loved the time hereFood: 5/5
Dropped in tonight to have a dine in after a long drive. Service was quick, and assistant informative. Chips were better than usual. However the chicken is another matter. Instead of a crispy coating it was quite soggy and falling off due to it being the opposite of dry. Nothing wrong with the chicken but the attraction of KFC is the coating. Not worth complaining about as there was nothing wrong per se, but I expected more from the coating. It will be a while before I venture in there again.
Ordered food at the drive through and they failed to give me a large portion of fries to go with a meal and also replaced 4 piece original with 4 piece boneless. Only realised when I got home with the food 4 miles from the takeaway. Tried phoning and got no answer. Very poor indeed as I hate being charged for something I don't get.Food: 2/5
There's a common theme in a lot of the negative reviews - incorrect orders. Does management read these reviews?It has happened to us several times over the years. On the whole I've found the staff friendly but I'm afraid that only gets you so far. Ordered two fillet burger meals tonight. Coke and gravy with one. Tropical drink and corn with the other. Ended up with 2 gravy no corn and no tropical drink when we opened the bag at home. The place was empty on this visit. No other cars in queue. We used the check our orders before we left drivethu but having been kept waiting 30 mins for them to correct it once we now take the risk. Head office needs to have a look at this place and do something. Wont be back again unless there is a serious improvement. One positive. Chicken wasnt a soggy as it usually is.
Pretty grim place, with pretty grim food. KFC isn't the finest dining establishments at the best of times, but this one just seemed worse, perhaps it was the miserable unhelpful staff. They are also very wastful, giving a ridiculous amount of salt sachets, napkins etc. Which were totally unnecessary, 1 or 2 would do, I don't need 30 sachets of salt for 1 portion.
I advised they move air con unit to opposite side of eating area as I tried to explain when door opens air con unit is trying to cool down the planet. He laughed. Well you can't fix stupid Sweat dripping off people trying to eat.
Went through drive-thru. Freshly cooked chicken was delicious. Helpful staff who accommodated my white meat only request, fussy old me I know. Definitely finger licking good.Food: 5/5
On Mon 29/08 approx 7pm, With a car full of children we were looking forward to KFC only to find they had missed one childs order. When I informed the server named Charley she didn't want to fix her own mistake and had an awful attitude towards me and said she didn't actually care that she'd missed food from our order I stood waiting for the missing food and no one would give it to me. Everyone had finished their food when 40 minutes later they finally gave me the missing order. During that 40 minutes the staff displayed the most disgusting immature behaviour towards me. The manager was more concerned about acting the fool with the young female staff than looking after customers. I had spent nearly £50 on food that was no where near the standard I expect from a KFC. I also watched the same young lady named Charley abuse another customer who was trying to catch a ferry but had found missing food from her order too. All the staff were young and badly trained with the only adult acting worse than them. It was the worst experience of any KFC I've ever been too!
No Hot Drinks, No Crushems for the last 12 months. Service was disinterested. Food wrong, again! It's a good job I like gravy even if it isn't Sweetcorn. The whole place is a shambles.
Good service. Food much nicer than in other branches. Made with more care. Nice friendly staff when we have visited and mostly quietFood: 4/5
