Absolutely disgusting service! There was no one else at the store and because I interrupted their socialising I was spoken to so rudely. Ordered a party bucket and had to come back because bits were missing and was spoken to so rudely again . Asian servers were bad mouthing me in another language which I understood. No apology nothing. It’s not the first time they forgot stuff but I will now be driving out further to avoid the sheer rudeness. Chicken is so dark it almost looks burnt, no one really ate well-What a waste of money!
Everything else was great. The only problem I had was where you pay is abit small, where if you had a lot of people there it can become over crowded very quick. Apart from that it was greatFood: 5/5
Despite a lot of negative vibes regarding orders where people have food missing I am probably just lucky to never have experienced it. Staff are always nice to me and always helping when I've had issues with my app.Food: 5/5
We wanted to pick something up quick for our little ones and chicken was on the menu. The place was under refurbishment/maintenance during our visit, due to this, there weren't any seating so ended up just getting what we needed and they ate at the park. The service was fine, food was fine, as you expect from KF... Getting here, Abbs Cross Lane Stop Y/X buses 165, 372, 193, 248 and 365. Your other option is, Emerson Park Overground, Hornchurch/Upminster Bridge District line/Hammersmith & City and walking it.
Very bad experience with the staff, the managers should adequately train the team, especially the young ones that do not have respect for elders. If you guys need help with the management let me know as management is the main source to make the business faction probably.
Best clean store I never seen is my life
Yesterday on Tuesday an Indian lady served me around 22:15.she was very rude .she didn’t have any manners how to respect and serve a customer.i told her kfc in south street and colliers row branches do not charge from delivery drivers. Anyway I said no problem I will pay for that.I ordered for hot chocolate. I paid £1.99. I told her The hot chocolate is not hot. She replied me it’s not my fault ,it made by machine. And she pointed at me that you paid for the hot chocolate that’s why you are complaining. I said it’s not about paid or free. This hot chocolate isn’t hot. But she behaved with me very rudely.i couldn’t get her name otherwise i could write here.I would like to a humble request the kfc management in high street Hornchurch to take action against that lady and teach her about good customer service.thank you
Oh my god. All staff having in a group and chit chat. Don’t care about customers waiting. Tables were left with food no one seems interested in work. It doesn’t even feel like I’m in a KFC. This branch need complete change in management and staff. Not even basic customer service. No hello or a smile. Not visiting this branch again.
Service is really good. It was quick and fresh and staff was quite friendly as well.
Has gone down hill, dubious about this place now, toilets were not clean, seating area was messy, serving staff were miserable, scrimping on the chips portion sizes, and the pepsi tastes weird.
