KFC

Ordered from this place before but this time round the food was disappointing. The chicken was very and bland and the chip portion was super tiny, and really hard to eat. Just the crunch of the chicken batter was goodFood: 3/5

The chicken was not cooked, I bought it for my daughter and have to arrange something else. The guy who served me gave previously prepared order.Food: 1/5

Wouldn't recommend. Poor service, staff hardly doing anything just standing around staring outside. Tables are dirty and sticky with bits of left overs of previous customers foods still left there. Food is not good too, small portions, not enough chicken, too much oil and greasy.

They deserve no stars as they did not deliver my food after making me wait nearly two hours for it. They took my order and my money and then had the nerve to say the order had been delivered! WhenI complained I was told that my refund could take anything up to 72 hours or five working days! The only option I was given was to re-order and PAY £35 + again. No explanation as to why the app said my food had been delivered and no real apology. Totally disgusted with Wembley KFC and deliveroo. I had a deal also of 6 pieces of chicken free on my first app order - this too was lost as between KFC and deliveroo, they can’t make their minds up who is at fault. I have complained to both several times and neither one of the companies care at all for customer relations or have any form of sympathy for what we go through when they frustrate us with their inept attitude and reluctance to accept responsibility for their wrong doings. I was promised that the free box of chicken would go on my account and that I would still be entitled to it but of course that was a TOTAL lie as I ordered again from a different KFC over the weekend to try it out and yes the food turned up Thank God! But no box of chicken and of course nobody knew anything about it. Vegetarian options: Salad which never came

I ordered lunch online via their website, service very appalling! The order never arrived and when we called customer service to update them with the circumstance, they just kept going round and round asking for our contact details. We spoke with the manager, Sarah, but she was quite unhelpful! We asked for a refund but was just told they will not be able to do it. This is basically theft! We paid for the food AND the delivery fee AND the service fee and we got NOTHING!!! The service does not even deserve a single star!

My experience here wasn't bad. The staff was courteous and gave my order quickly. Might be because it wasn't that crowded when I went. Less number of staff so the place isn't that clean. There is good amount of seating available. We had the chicken zinger burger and chicken wings. Both were amazing, especially the wings were perfect just the way you would like, juicy and crispy.. Yum! Two pieces of wings for 99p is a good deal I think. Would definitely go there next time.

I ordered for delivery and this is the first time from KFC itself and only choice the KFC mobile phone App provided were Wembley and Alperton. So, I chose Wembley as it is closer to home than Alperton. I had an offer in the App which provided 6 piece bargain bucket free if £10 or more value of KFC is ordered for delivery. Usually, I rarely choose delivery for food orders or take away. As it it was getting late yesterday 07 January 2023, around 10.30 - 10.40 pm, order number #7259, I chose delivery option. I ordered 1 bargain bucket which is £16.99, the free offer of 6 piece bargain bucket and another 4 piece of chicken for £5.00 which was prompted by the App. The complaint is I have received only 12 pieces which is 6 piece for £16.99 and the free offer 6 piece bargain bucket. The thing is whoever filled the bucket chose the size bucket just enough to fill 12 pieces. Therefore, it appears it was either deliberately or accidentally missed the 4 pieces of chicken £5.00. The chip was also in a box so I cannot say about the portion. I tend to think it is on the deliberate side because the order was for 3 distinct containers 2 buckets, one box or similar for 4 pieces and one container for chips, and I do appreciate KFC reducing use of reinforced paper containers if it done properly reducing waste and environmental concerns, so al in all I am for reducing the use of number of containers as it is done in my order. So choice of just one container just enough for 12 pieces does raise questions. Similarly if a bigger bucket that can contain more than 12 pieces is chosen, it is reasonable that the missing third item of 4 pieces is an accidental occurrence. However, I still want to give benefit of the doubt towards towards accidentally missing 3rd item 4 pieces of chicken. Very disappointed and all in all ruined the offer, experience of ordering for delivery and dining, in particular this is the first time of ordering from KFC for delivery. However, I must say that delivered chicken pieces are cooked well including chips and warm considering the weather was cold and delivered within the time stated in the order. I am not saying all KFCs are like this and I had previously given excellent ratings to KFCs where I had good experience. Thank you for reading.

It's better to order during non peak hours as this branch is small and cannot cater to the mass amount of customers. This leads to a long wait time just to place the order in person. I'd suggest you to order through the app which speeds things up. Unfortunately the app doesn't work as expected during peak time and the food they serve during peaktimes such as event days, etc are bottom tier. Eg :Look at the Creamy mash they gave on an event day it's half and tasted foul.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD. I'M A MASSIVE FAN OF KFC BUT THIS REALLY MESSED UP OUR DIGESTION. I AM NEVER THIS UPSET AND ANGRY BUT HOW THIS IS OPERATING WITH SUCH LOW STANDARDS IS BEYOND ME. THE WINGS WERE OILY AS THOUGH THEY WERE REHEATED SEVERAL TIMES AND ZINGER BURGERS WERE WELL, JUST RUBBISH. STAFF WERE EFFICIENT BUT FOOD WAS NOT FOR HUMANS
