I ordered from the drive through, the food was ok but not very fresh but I would like to thank Niall for her amazing customer service. She was very nice from the beginning, smiling, energetic, respectful and patient. She really made my day with her smile. Please make sure she receives this compliment.Food: 3/5
It was the choice of my daughter and her friend as it was my daughters birthday. I used the ordering portal and when it came time to add a table number there were no number cards. I asked and they said they don't do table service anymore. Which I don't have an issue with but maybe they need to update the kiosk. Food was hot and tasty and I was able to go up and get the girls icecreams after we ate our finger lickin' chicken so it didn't melt.
This visit was not any better than the previous times I went here. Kids wanted KFC and ok relented, however, KFC STILL have bloody clue on customer service, waiting in a queue nice and politely to place my order as 2 of 3 machines were not working, was ridiculous when it hit more than 15 mins without any of the servers coming to the cash register to take new orders, saw the one machine still punting out orders and the staff duly doing them COMPLETELY ignoring the queue for orders. When I had had enough and voiced the fact that there was ALSO a queue requiring attention, did I get served. Lesson learned, do not be nice and polite in KFC, demand to be served or suffer a considerable wait. A pity they still serve disgusting skin on fries with rotten bits of potato still!. If your going to do that, at least make your suppliers dig out the rotten bits. Well done KFC for making my favourite take away into something I no longer wish to have.
Very hit and miss. Sometimes the chips are not cooked enough and flacid, the food is also not always as hot as it could be. Very disappointed in this day and age that they dont do any decaf coffees. Cleanliness is not always what it could be either. Staff can be a bit sullen but not unusual for a fast food establishment.Food: 3/5
One of the best KFC's I've been to for a long time. There were 3 of us. The order was prepared quickly, accurately and the food was cooked perfectly and it was hot. Really pleased it's how KFC should be.Food: 5/5
Not sure what's happened to KFC but it's no longer the half decent fast food it used to be, chips were soggy and cold, tbh the chicken burger wasn't bad but overall not a great experienceFood: 2/5
Quick service. had vegan choice. spicy dip is 30p more than it is in London. good seating area. wish it was Halal. but still like it. food was delicious warm and timely served.
Worst KFC in England , I ordered food and they forgot my chips. Went there again today ordered food and told them about last order, "they put extra chips in" I think not, even better they forgot a boneless box meal. So in total I didn't have my chips or boneless box meal. Tried ringing but no answer phone keeps being put down, literally the worst place ever . I will not be getting food from here ever again.
Worst customer service ever. The front workers, the ones that are taking/handling the orders are ignoring the customers, refusing to answer to any question of the customers. They are always looking very unhappy with their job, never smailing and never being nice regarding their interaction with the customers. They make you feel unwelcome there, as you disturb them with your presence. Very bad experiance at KFC HEREFORD.
Got told I can't have a discount on the rap of the day. I've got it from different stores and this one yesterday.for the past few weeks I've been getting discounts on them I'm not sure, why the guy at the window decides to make up policies on the fly. Should sort it out.
