Slowest fast food ever! Took over 30 minutes to get food and greated by a grumpy worker that just grunted at me. Queue almost out the door and no obvious reason for such slow service. My husband was in and out of McDonalds and eaten his before I got mine and I had ordered first. Staff looked to be stood around doing nothing an not wiling to help. This isn't the first time I've had such slow service from the bexhill KFC I will not be going back!
Never going back. The chiken was literally dripping with grease, one tiny bite and my tee shirt was ruinined, Grease all over the table coming through the bottom of the brown bags . My Mrs and I didnt eat any more of the chicken after that, waste of money and our time going in. The hot chocolate was drinkable though, hence 1 star.Food: 1/5
My mum & I, both wheelchair users. Thought we'd go sit in for some lunch. What a battle getting to the doors; then THROUGH the 2 very heavy PULL doors. Not 1 member of staff came to aid seeing the suggles we had. Get to the till, man behind the till agrees; doors to heavy. Ordered food fine but trying to sit ourselves in our wheelchairs out the was.. impossible. Food came. Overcooked. Toilets as inaccessible as getting into the restaurant, again due to the doors as said above. Wheelchair users steer clear unless you have someone with you!
What you'd expect from a KFC. There's a reasonable seating area inside that's kept clean. The drive through is kept separate from the car park to make it easier to get through or park. Staff were friendly and didn't take long for our food. It's located within the retail park so it can get a little busy in the area.
Ordered and paid for a 12 piece boneless box with gravy, coleslaw and hot wings. Told fries would be 3 mins so to wait in long order bay. 10 mins later sealed bag arrived. Got home to find I had been given an 8 piece box with beans instead of gravy
Order machines not working only one person on the till super slow, order took ages, deliveroo/just eat companies have spoilt the experience while waiting for the food. For the price you don't seem to get much for your money anymore and they seem to love the add ons/ up sales on top of an already expensive meal. My local chicken shop seems to taste exacrly the same as kfc and much cheaper. Kfc needs to be more competitive and employ staff who take pride in there work. I will use them as a last resort now.

I had 3 meals at £8,99 each and on 2 was missing the fries and on one the can of Pepsi. Is the second time my order is not complete and nobody answered to the customer service number. Is the second time with the same problem in a week.
Orders are constantly wrong, how can you forget to put zinger in a zinger rice box? Wraps are never matching their boxes. The staff in this place really need replacement
Had a long wait in the drive through. Food good. Staff very apologetic.Food: 5/5
