An excellent KFC. Very nice staff... courteous, helpful and friendly. Fresh, hot food... delicious! Clean. Great car park. Adjacent to Denton M67/M60/A57 roundabout... ideal access and taking a break whilst on a journey. Recommended!Food: 5/5
KFC across the board are inconsistent, you never know whether you’ll get a good one or a shocking one. This one used to be fantastic, quick and the food always seem fresh and tasty. Nowadays your lucky to get what you’ve ordered without something missing. The food is always a little disappointing.
Shockingly bad! Waiting 40 mins for dine in food ended up having to ask for it be wrapped instead because ran out of time, got food home, was cold, with half the items missing, server decided halfway through he wasn’t packing it anymore and passed it over to another member of staff who didn’t know what had already been checked off, to top it off wasn’t given a receipt because the self order machine was out of tickets so can’t even claim back, avoid at all cost go to McDonald’s instead
The service absolutely abysmal. Rude arrogant and impatience. I got starred out by one of the kitchen staff as she knew I was watching her. Hygiene out the window. Handling bins etc etc. The chicken not even cooked properly. Gone down hill big style. Messed up the Reputation of kfc.It's not the name.kfc It's the staff so badly managed. Massive Joke they are.... slower than snails. Employment policy clearly out the window. No code of conducting in any way shape or form. The lady who was prepping the food so intimidating on the Sat Nite. She then had the ordasity to keep laughing knowing full well she was taking her time. It's all good. I've left my review.
We visited on Sunday 25th February about 6pm and what a disastrous visit it was. At the time KFC was recovering from a nationwide distribution disaster after changing delivery suppliers to DHL who literally haven't been able to deliver. But as the restaurant was open we expected most things to be available although the sign of the door said it was a limited menu. We were told there was no popcorn chicken and some soft drinks unavailable, but once ordered the mini fillets in the variety meal were missing so had to wait to get it sorted at the counter, then also the children's meal had no desserts available despite them selling us it. The children's meal was refunded once I went to the counter again I spent more time at the counter than eating. Whilst eating the doors were locked and as we were sat next to them each customer was asking us why they were locked. Some staff were wearing casual clothes with hooded tops, and part of the display behind the counter had collapsed. This is a global company that should have a good level of expectation of their franchisees, but this restaurant was abysmal.

Avoid this dump i drove threw drive threw to place a order nobody on the order window. only a foreign lady on microphone with stinking bad attitude went inside to report this to manager who was another foreign worker who laughed and found this funny Up on leaving after a argument inside the store to be greeted by a very large mouse or rat so be very careful
Waited around 30 mins for order, no one serving, the staff who was there stood about having a laugh, it looks manager less.
Any slower and they'd be going backwards. Not only this but the order was wrong and stone cold. I messaged the head office who sent me a £15 voucher. Im not using it as you can't recover from this. If you want food this century from here, order from deliveroo as they take priority over the people who get off there bum to get food
No clear menu in the drive thru, just a few posters for random items which resulted in me having to ask questions about amounts/prices etc, which then resulted in a queue. The operator was friendly enough but evidently wasn't thrilled at the questions. Very friendly at payment but when we'd driven away and looked in the bag, it had just been placed in without a lid!! We almost had a greasy mess in the car, not to mention the fact that hygiene is meant to be at its highest at the moment! Not in a rush to return here at all!
