Nice fillet box meal a little expensive at £11:00 with a drink but it was nice and they got my order correct. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was fresh and hot and well cooked.
Went for a late lunch here. First KFC I've had in a while as had a bad experience with food poisoning once from one in Leeds. Food was nice, hot and arrived quickly. Used the self service machines and chose table service but instead was summoned to the counter when the food was ready by the guy shouting across the restaurant and waving his tongs. No sides with the boneless meal these days too yet price hasn't changed.
This is possibly the worst drive through ever and definitely not fast food, as you will be stuck in the queue for at least half an hour, even when it's not busy. Very poorly organised. Things are missing or incorrect in the order quite often also. We use it because it is our local one, but it would be probably quicker to go to one in Ashton! Not much better experience if you go inside either ... shame, but will seriously think twice before going here again.
A terrible shame upon the whole KFC franchise this place is. The staff are disinterested and sometimes rude or impatient and the security guards are outright bullies that seem to enjoy picking on children in particular. The food is very overpriced and prone to be incorrect and/or undercooked and, even when done correctly, is quite bland from what you'd expect from a KFC. It also takes ages for even simple orders to be fulfilled and many items are usually unavailable. The atmosphere is less vibrant and cheerful than most cemeteries leaving one with an empty coldness about the experience which surpasses that of even Hyde itself.
I went there for a bucket. Parking available for all, plus drive through. Entrance for all people.staff helpful and friendly. You can sit in or have a take away. Food reasonable, prices competitive. Not really for me. Children like there meals. Would go there again but not soon.Food: 4/5
Awful, awful experience. Ordered via Just Eat, waited 90 minutes for delivery and when it arrived, half my order was missing. Ended up driving to the store anyway. We only ordered 2 meals so for 1 to be missing is really poor. If you’re going to work with a delivery company - maybe don’t leave the food going cold for 90 mins before it’s collected by them.
Worst KFC I have ever had the staff were lovely at the counter ordered tower meal with a 7up it was just slightly fizzy water the chicken piece was a drumstick that was hard , also ordered 3 pieces off chicken on its own all drumsticks and rock hard ! Also 4 chicken strips meal large chips were small had to take back in and change I wish I had checked the chicken before I drove away ! They even forgot the tomato sauce waste off £22 not happy !!!
Had my meal which was freshly cooked and hot right the way through enjoy my meal nothing to complain about. Food: 5/5
awful experience security blocked the door while my friend attempted to walk in as another security quoted “new manager wont allow kids your age in without a parent” whilst other tine security guards have watched us or followed hs around store making sure workers putting children on takeout orders without concent Kid-friendliness: awful kids are discriminated by age
Drive through staff member was very polite. Happy in his job . Bubbly persona. Great guy. Had a conversation and laughed whilst waiting for order. Thurs 29th Nov 2022 around 13.15. Give this guy the praise he deserves.
