Waited in the drive through que for over 20 mins, drove away to find I had someone's kids meal. They managed to put the dips in for the mini fillet strips I ordered. This lot went straight in the bin. No time to wait in the stationary que to ask for my order again.
We arrived about 21.30 to place our order on the drive through. We were the only car so expected to get a quick service. After placing the order and paying for it we were directed to the pick-up area and waited approximately 15 minutes. This didn't bother us much as we would expect the food to be cooked as we waited. Problem was when we opened the box containing the food the fries were old, cold and soft. Not good. The chicken items were better but the popcorn chicken was also not freshly cooked.
Bought 10 piece Family Feast. Got 5 drumsticks and 5 wings, NO Breast. It was swimming in grease and over cooked. Very young staff quite indifferent and abrupt. Would never go back to this awful franchise!
This restaurant has recently been refurbished and looks good, the new design is very modern and the seating is much more user friendly. The food was well made, very tasty and took no time at all to be prepared. The staff were well turned out, professional and helpful and kept the restaurant clean and tidy. Not sure about the queue going down the middle of the restaurant but it seems to work. The drive through road has also been widened which makes it easier to navigate your vehicle. All in all a well run KFC, certainly far better than some I have visited. 5 out of 5 from me.
Food always good love the mash, service was fast and polite, wouldn't expect much of an atmosphere at a services fast food joint though.Food: 5/5
Really good KFC experience. Chicken was crispy and tender, bun was soft and fresh, gravy was tasty. Staff member serving was friendly and polite. Plenty of parking, serve serve ordering machines.
Food was still hot when we got home. Place was a bit grubby, tables needed clearing, floor needing sweeping. But was busy.Food: 5/5
Foods really good we haven't any complaints, but since that tweak of menus it's more expensive that's our opinion. The Bucket meals are worth the price disabled access poor if I used a manual Wheelchair it be very tight no automatic door manual and it's stiff for elderly. Parking: OK Wheelchair accessibility: Poor
Food was ok- my order was slightly wrong given chicken filet instead of popcorn chicken and friends order was given to the wrong person, which led to employees being disgruntled when asked where his order was. Restaurant also smelt of urine... Not sure if I'll be back. Food was fine quality wise though.
Had a wicked zinger tower meal with my son in this restaurant. Everything was absolutely spot on, hot and extremely tasty. Staff were excellent and accommodating.Food: 5/5
