Called after work 30th Nov at 7pm order was ready 7.35pm. Plenty of staff in the kitchens but not enough staff on front counter. Need more staff taking orders & handing out. Food was tasty but to long hanging around.
Been going here since it opened its never been fantastic its fast food you get what you pay for but today will be our last ever visit absolutely shocking here now to the point I asked and received a refund . Placed my order on the app for collection waited in the restaurant for 15 mins to be then told will be a 20 min delay on chicken fillets asked why told we have to prioritise delivery and drive through when we eventually got our food everything was cold apart from the fillet strips. Clean - some KFC restaurants are not. Importantly, we were acknowledged on arrival - too many restaurants ignore you whilst they prepare someone else's food, sometimes that really annoys to the point we walk out. But not this one. Quick service. Food was hot and tasty. Only gripe was that we got cheap legs and thighs, no breast meat.Food: 4/5
Tried to charge us twice as they said that their till hadn't taken the payment despite the payment showing as funds being taken twice from our account on the NatWest backing app. They then said we would have to come back the next day if it still shows that two payments were taken !!!!!! They actioned the refund after much messing about, by the time we had finally got our food it was cold we won't bother to use KFC in the future.
This is our local KFC. Stop going as the quality of food is beyond belief, cold chips slow service etc.. anyways thought I’d give it another try after about year as needed some quick food. Again very disappointed never will I go again. Got to drive through window and food was all over the floor disgusting!!! Never again will get my money see photo couldn’t get a good shot but zoom in to floor area. Absolutely disgusting
Service is really slow. Staff just laughing and joking in the kitchen. Bins overflowing. Staff forgot to put the next batch of chips in which led to customers coming in behind me having to wait 10 minutes extra for their food. Chicken and rubbish all over the floor from where they can’t be bothered to clean as they’re all too busy messing about and laughing. Definitely won’t be back.
Daylight robbery. £25 for a few bits of chicken. 88 chips. Chicken was wet inside and the gluey mask on our lips took some removing. I used to love KFC. What happened??? No sides or drink with the overpriced bucket of fat we brought home.
alright yeah just passed my gcse’s and man wanted to order some munch to go celebrate, bmt yeah ordered from deliveroo and there was a bloodclart chunk missing from my cookie that someone ate, the restaurant or the driver must think i’m some sort of joke, they didn’t even answer my phone and i rung them twice
ThisisFASTFOOD!!! The most underrated KFC I've been to, 3.1 stars does not do it justice. I went there twice after as by the service provided by the neighbouring McDonalds is incredibly slow taking over 10min to fulfill my order with dog food quality McCrispy. Each time I went there the cashiers had my order ready in under 90secs lol. BBQ Zinger wrap, fries, gravy, drink, chicken fillet. Food was decent for the price, didn't feel insanely horrible afterwards like most KFCs make you feel like. The sheer efficiency of the operations at this KFC are second to none, might also be down to lower demand but still they noscoped my orders twice in a row so I felt compelled to make a review.
Service was great, but chicken was over cooked & dry and looked like had been sitting for a while. Chips were cold.Food: 2/5
