Slow wow these guy’s are like sloths. One person in the queue had waited over 30 minutes apparently. We waited over 20 minutes for ours. However I must say the young man on counter was VERY helpful. Edit…. Yes it was slow but for the first time EVER we had a problem with our mean and it was rectified with absolutely no issue at all. Changed from 3* to 5*
I called in to the new KFC at Rhyl to my delight they have transferred the staff that are always lovely,pleasant and helpful I had to wait for fresh chicken but I didn't mind it as it's well worth the wait for lovely KFC I got my wicked bucket that has different bits in so have a choice of everything
Usually never have a problem with this restaurant but today however, my experience was extremely unpleasant. Waited a long time for my food to be cooked, along with that- I was given the wrong change and when I had asked for the correct change. I still wasn’t served and given the correct change. I also wasn’t given the right quantity of food, I had ordered 4 hot wings, and only received 2. However, when I went back to the till and asked for the 2 that I had paid for- the staff were rude and rudely whispered under their breath that I was given the correct amount when in my bag I had only 2. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC, find another one elsewhere if you want to eat out.
Spent £35 on 3 zinger tower meals and a large popcorn chicken what a waste of money all 3 portions of chips wouldn't fill a small portion of chips from a chippy. the burgers almost no sauce hard chicken tasted funny think I saw 1 of the workers smell the chicken pieces of chicken barely warm. Employees don't care about the food or the service they give me and others will never go to this kfc again NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR WHAT YOU GET AVOID
The food was fresh & hot, unlike some. No hot drinks served, though!?! I'd definitely go back if I was in the area.Food: 5/5
Staff were polite but did mix up the orders. Charging for a bag on 2 dips was a bit excessive especially when you don't even get given the bag!Food: 4/5
Food great, service seemed slow and annoying seeing lots of delivery gig economy coming and going while customers are waiting. Atmosphere was OK.
Half our order delivered. What good is than when you have hungry children who were waiting for their 'treat'? Wont be making that mistake again. No more disappointing KFC in this home!
Restaurant seemed very busy, however the staff remained happy and helpful. Our order was all present and correct. Lovely end to a day at the beach.
Lovely food but you don't do coffee anymore, why not??? I also think this new place is no bigger than the last place on wellington Rd and there's nowhere to park.Food: 5/5
