It seems very busy . Staff did very best to  make sure my order is delivered to table . I waited for chicken  nearly 7 minutes but it was worthy to eat hot and fresh. I am happy staff served very friendly and restaurant very clean. Management despite busy making sure queue finishes quickly with great service. I am happy 1 staff lady served made me feel special to bring everything on table. Drivers were rude but staff was dealing with them very polite and quickly. I recommend to visit. Its a family friendly restaurant

Would have loved to do a review of the food if they hadn’t cancelled my order twice within 2 hours, waste of my time

they might look into more customer service. It took a while before someone attended to me yet the employees were right there and i was the only customer.

The service was poor because the guy who was taking the orders was busy chatting to a female customer there was no one else to serve when I was served the then lady server was very blunt not a good experience won't be going backFood: 3/5

A terrible and utterly rubbish KFC. Ordered via their new app and 60% of the order was missing. Took over an hour to get a partial refund. AVOID using the app to order and PLEASE avoid going to this KFC branch.

I ordered on till. It was very busy . Staff very friendly and helpful.  They helped me to choose menu and delivered to table. It was very hot . They helped with cold bottle drink . My family was very happy and grateful to staff and management team who served us very patiently

Used to be great but appalling customer service now.  They have spent a fortune refurbing the place but seem to have slashed staff numbers to pay for it.  I walked in admittedly on a Saturday evening, but the manager knowing when they are likely to be busy is hardly rocket science and started to place my order at the counter. When I got to 'chicken' I was told they had run out and it would be 5 minutes or so before more was ready.  They were unable to take my order until they could serve it straight away and I was asked to step aside and wait for a bit.  After a few minutes, 3 or 4 Deliveroo guys came in and flashed their phones. All hands to the pumps!  It was a good 10 minutes before they were loaded up and on their way.  I had been stood at the counter the whole time, but even after they had all gone, the few staff on duty were stillI buzzing around and my presence was not even acknowledged. I was completely blanked by the lot of them, including the girl who had asked me to wait in the first place.  They all appeared to be suffering from eye contact phobia. I finally phoned the missus and asked if she minded an Indian instead - Happy wife, happy life, and all that. To my relief, she she fancied a tandoori, so I happily took my custom to the newly opened Bindaas Indian Streetfood restaurant opposite, who prepared an excellent takeaway meal which we both thoroughly enjoyed. This is the second time I have had to throw in the towel with this KFC in a couple of weeks. There will not be a third.

I have to say . If you are hungry don't go there. The service is terrible .you will wait more than 40minutes to get your food :Food: 5/5

On this occasion I was disappointed in the service. No receipts from self service. Monitors not giving true updates on orders. It got busy after I placed my order and I saw at least one person get a mini fillet bucket ordered after me but have it nearly 5 mins be before me!
