Food was as standard. The restaurant was a disgrace. Filthy and unkempt. When reported to staff they didn't care. Hope the kitchen isn't anything like the front of house... It's the next day and I'm not I'll, so that's a plus....
Went in as a party of 4. Place was absolutely filthy and disgusting. There were bits of food all over the floy, including a piece of tomato. The tables hadn't been cleared or cleaned. All there was was a floor sign covering the food on the floor. If anyone had slipped on that piece of tomato, it would have been sore. And it's a good job health and safety never came in. The worker didn't even seem bothered. Even if he was on his own, and even when there were no customers, he did a bit of tidying and walked over the dropped food! A woman did nearly slip on the floor. Our son also said the toilets were stinking. As for the food, cold chips. Always cold chips. Normally I love KFC but on this occasion, we were bitterly disappointed. Vegetarian options: Have vegan burgers Kid-friendliness: Good choice for families Parking: Good parking for disabled vechiles which is what we have Wheelchair accessibility: There is a power door for wheelchairs, but when I pressed it, nothing happened.
I love KFC, but sadly this is the only KFC near me. While the food is nice, the service is terrible and literally every time I come here to get a nice dinner for my family, they always forget at least 1 thing that I ordered. For example, I visited yesterday and ordered a vegan burger for me I’m vegetarian, and my Papa got a mighty bucket for one and so did my Nana. We also got four bags of chips, and a gravy. When we got home, our four bags of chips and our gravy was missing. What makes this worse is that the order was £3 extra than it normally is, even though we order the same thing whenever we go there. Also, the place is filthy. The tables aren’t clean and the floors aren’t either. When we phoned the KFC to complain, they didn’t even answer. If you decide to go here, I would recommend looking in the KFC bag to check that everything you have ordered is there.
Wouldn't even have given 1 star if i could have done less. I was in the queue for over 30mins before my order was even taken, when I asked what the hold up was I was told that they had to get food out for people that had already paid, well if they had taken my order I would have paid for mine as well. Once I received my order and drove home I found out that having 2 meal deals obviously doesn't include chips and yet when I drove back to get them they knew exactly how many portions of chips I was missing. Definitely the last time i'll be in the Dumbarton KFC. Not worth my time for the effort I had to put in!!!!!
Like the rest of the branches, the food is delicious, but I always see notes on the cleanliness and the smell of the place, and also the soap in the handwasher was empty and broken.
Terrible drive thru service, staff too busy flirting with each other or on their phones. Waited at the window for 10 minutes with no one coming to get money or acknowledge us, we drove off. Do not go there worst service….
Extremely slow service, restaurant dirty and messy. Smallest chicken filet meal I've ever been served with soggy chios. We only came as we had a voucher for previous non delivery of an order. Won't be back.Food: 1/5
No heating !!! You need to eat with a winter jacket on you, very dirty restaurant area and the most disgusting toilets I ever seen before, why basic hygen restaurant requirements are ignored in this place ??? Should be reported to the region environment and health office. I hope the kitchen it's better shape then the rest if this place .
Good KFC, helpful staff and quick service. It was quiet when we visited at about 8pm on a Saturday, and the tables were clean and food fresh. If you want to try something newer there I recommend the Sweet Chili Wrap
The floor in this KFC is a skating ring when wet , it is dangerous to the sure footed never mind the less able it should be shut until this issue is rectified or someone is seriously hurt , the staff made no effort to at least dry the floor and every customer had the same issue . GET It SORTED!!!!! Wheelchair accessibility: I would not recommend that anyone enter this KFC it is dangerously slippery when the floor is wet .use the drive through
