KFC

I mean just look at the state of them pictures this kfc is one of the worst places in the area for food control. Definitely either need new training or new staff altogether.

The worst KFC I've ever had. 25 minutes waiting to be served, chicken seemed greasy chips were tasteless and the gravey thin and flavourless. Several tables waiting to be cleaned and most people in the queue couldn't be bothered to wear a mask while waiting.

Never once recieved the correct order from this kfc. Bought a party bucket paid towards 50 pounds and 6 items were missing. Refused to redeliver, also refused to allow me to talk to another member of staff and hung up on me. Customer service?? Adil?? Never will I order from here again.

The staff don't wanna serve you and ignore you for 10 mins making you have to use the self serve. They get your food wrong when you do order and this is after 25 mins of waiting for food after you have ordered it. This place has gone downhill so much since I've used it over the last 6 years. Will avoid it now and use burger king next door instead

I usually come here every now and again it's quite nice the food is good and the staff serve you pretty quickly price of the food is good I would recommendFood: 5/5

Would not recommend this kfc at all. Food was cold and had a weird taste like it’d been in the hot holder for a while, staff are also quite rude will definitely stick to other branches.

Personally I think this is the best KFC locally, flavours remind me more of when we had KFC many years ago. most others just really greasy and nasty. KFC sadly as a while has shot up in price but so has everything, these 'fast food venues' aren't particularly cheap anymore.

So we tried this branch of kfc today hoping things could change from branch to branch, Same problems as my Wolverhampton branch review... PROBLEMS THIS TIME ITEMS MISSING FOOD STONE COLD ONE WHOLE MEAL MISSING & REPLACED WITH INCORRECT MEAL... HOT WINGS TASTED OF FAIRY DISH SOAP ALL CHICKEN TASTED STALE OR REHEATED... WE BOTH FEEL SICK RIGHT NOW... THIS FOOD CHAIN HAS DIED & IT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED WE HAVE TRIED MANY STORES IN WOLVES & WEST MIDLANDS THEY ARE ALL THE SAME, NOT SAFE TO EAT FROM WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN...

Food is diabolical.. brunt chicken... but stone cold. The chips couldn't feed an ant... called the restaurant to get mouthed off at.. avoid this place......not even worth 1 star...

Never get what you ordered. Not all the time, it depends on the mood they're in. I Wish we had more choices because KFC wouldn't have my money. Sorry to say.Food: 2/5
