KFC

It was terrible. Queued for 30 mins ordered 2 box meals only to be told on collection no gravy ' do you want something different? ' No I'll wait. Run out of gravy how long does that take to make. 15 minutes as we had to park up. Got home 5 minutes away food cold chicken stringy, chips with black bits in Tower burger certainly not the same as the picture. Not going back there. They said they were short staffed if so close. £15 pound wasted steer clear.

Awful, food tasted bland and service was horrible. Will avoid in the future. Update - 04/03/2023 This KFC has just had a refurb so thought we would give it another go. Although it looks nice they have done nothing to fix the issues. Staff are still rude and ignore you whenever possible, with the new ordering system they do not need to talk to you at all. They do a table service but they will not bring your food over, instead they just shout your number out, then leave the food sitting on the side. Not a big issue, but if you can't do the service, do not offer it. There is no leadership/management and everyone just seems to slump about. We waited around 30mins for our so called fast food, other people there had waited 45mins and still not received there food. I had the Boneless Banquet and the chicken strips had no color or batter, McDonalds' chicken is much better. The original chicken legs had the skin falling of before you even touched it, once again the batter was so thin you could barely taste the best bit. Another big issue is there appears to be no cleaning staff. There were table numbers scattered across the tables so you didn't have many places to sit as you couldn't tell if people were there. They wasn't There is rubbish and food all over the floor and tables without a cleaner in site. You have the delivery drivers being loud as they are trying to get there orders but all having to wait excessive amounts of time and becoming impatient. Overall we will not be going here again, as it's consistently bad and way below par when it comes to hygiene standards.

Ordered 2 fillet burger box meals. These are now 9.49 each. Seems they have gone up by around £2 at this outlet. The portion of chips was diabolical I think I got 10 chips. The chip packet is small anyway and it was about half full. The burger was OK.Food: 2/5

Ordered food table service all I ordered was a wrap meal and partner a meal and 1 bit of chicken. 25 minutes food not arrived chased up and couldnt get sensible response finally arrived nearly 30 mins later. So much for fast food...machine didnt print receipt for me either won't be frequenting this one again awful, where's the Kefco mystery shoppers I used to have to deal with when I worked at KFC would have failed miserably

Clean, warm, decent food. Only problem we had was wheelchair access, as we'd walked there. No problem if you come by car. Wheelchair accessibility: Fine from the car park, but not enough dropped kerbs if walking from elsewhere.

It's a KFC, you all know what that means But nicely laid out, well decorated, parking and normal KFC menu. Good for a quick bite.

So dissapointed, normally i buy the "Mighty bucker of one" and get good size chicken pieces. But this time the pieces where so small. Had to buy additional wings. Not buying it again as the lady behind the counter gave me the cold shoulder and brushed me off.

Poor service . 4 employees don’t know what to do . They doesn’t want to give me my snacks box for free because of the student offer . Minimum 3£ pounds spent and receive snacks box for free but they don’t give me to me because not appearing on the screen

Great service, nice members of staff, clean place. My take away bag came with a nicely packed fork for my chips, nicely packed sauces, tissues. Really top class comparing to other KFC branches.

Unable to pack an order correctly always missing something. I stopped going there but after the resent refurb thought I'd give them another chance only to find there stil useless same problem so won't be going back again
