An experience I will never forget. The food? Amazing, the best KFC I have had and will probably ever have. But more importantly the service, and waiting times blew me away. But the general vibe of this place was second to none, something I couldn’t comprehend, a lovely lady offered my friend a free Pepsi, everyone in the restaurant displayed the upmost manners and respect. It was as if Saka, Sancho and Rashford converted their penalties; this experience was the peak of a functioning British society. In a very bleak world this experience somewhat restored my faith in humanity. Ross and Wye KFC, you have my heart
Food was awful, asked for a bucket but if possible no legs as none of the family like then .They said they would try .. got home and they had put 2 legs and 4 tiny picues of chicken in the box ..these looked like wings .. the least they could of done is put 6 varied pieces in. The fillet strips 4 were good and 2 were only half pieces??? .The gravy was the runnyiest I have ever seen . Really need to up your game as this used to be one of the best ones around . I couldn't take it back as its a 25 mile round trip .
Don't bother unless you're starving. Toilets were really in need of cleaning. Poor interaction of staff. KFC just gone downhill. Chips were soggy, chicken coating awful. What happened to the original coating.
The ordering kiosk machines not working properly , the other one totally not working. One that I was using it no receipt coming out from the machine itself and card machine very very slow..... My partner order a box meal that the chicken pieces can't even be eaten. Will never going back there. So disappointed.

It's in a really cool location as it's out of the way and stands alone. It's been renovated not too long ago so it's really sleek inside. As far as KFCs go, it does what it needs to do, just the positive is the location and the staff are friendly!Food: 3/5
Fast food is fast food, service was efficient but place needed a good clean. Food was fine but always seams more expensive than other fast food chains, but that may be just me.
Prob the best KFC around. Clean, modern, helpful staff. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
