Food was piping hot, freshly cooked chicken juicy and succulent, I much prefer the KFC fries over McD ones, gravy was probably the best I have had from KFC to date, you can't beat a family bucket for value for money, the shop was lovely and clean and staff pleasant however a little busy with orders but all good Parking: Ample parking to choose from Wheelchair accessibility: Easy accessibility and plenty of spaces
Went to kfc today lunchtime the chicken was all wet n squidgy and didnt taste right. The manager didnt get her name foreign lady didnt care about customer service or that we didnt enjoy the chicken as wernt cooked properly and looked old, instead went on about cooked at right temperature? What the? That she checks herself well she aint doing a good job then sorry worst wet kfc ever! The other guy working there and others were very polite apologised and offered to replace meals but then the manager disagreed... Shame loved kfc but wont be back in a hurry!
This is not the first time that they missed something. Look at my order. Just I ordered one kids bucket and they forgot to put a juice. This is awful. Is it so hard to do your job????????????????? Look at the money that they steal from us. Each person, one item. Happy KFC
I just don't get how you mess up a 3 item order, especially when you're always quiet. Can see why, you're staff are to bothered trying to act cool instead of doing there job. Zero manners and quiet frankly you lot won't be in great bridge much longer with staff that clearly don't care. Makes me laugh right opposite you've got you're biggest competitors McDonald's that's always busy and there staff are running round like mad men. You're staff don't even wanna be there.
Went through drive trhu staff were half soaked food was not at all pleasant chicken was very chewy chips were also dry and to top it off my husband opened car door to go and get sporks and straws ad they never put none in and was greeted by a huge dead rat on the car park I will never be eating from here again I will be staying well away !!!!
Fairly average KFC store overall . Went through drive thru, my mini fillet burgers were fresh and hot this lunchtime so no complaints today. Was served by a friendly asian lady in a timely fashion. Just needs consistency & staff that smile to make the service shine. Parking: Disabled parking available at front of store, otherwise general free parking is available in the car park.
Thought we would get some chicken so went to the original chicken shop. We were so disappointed as we have had a lot better even homemade was 100% better. The chicken was nearly cold when we got it and flavourless. I can honestly say I will not order or go to kfc again as its so expensive and compared to other chicken shops they are so much better out ther. Here you just pay for the name above the door.
We been there to eat on Sunday Easter 2023 Store was very quiet couple people there..order a bucket the food was cold and taste like cooked in morning and served at 2pm..speak to manager not much he confident he said we give another And also no ketchup in store and not a dip as well..speak to them again they said it’s finish..so why not you tell people before they order ..so kids was not happy and saying we will not going to KFC again so what should a parent will do..
Food was to crispy and overcooked. Customer service wasn’t good. I found a hair on the chicken that wasn’t supposed to be there and when questioned they denied it was any of theirs and said they couldn’t do anything about it which is wrong. Also I specifically asked for breast pieces when ordering and didn’t receive any when I received the food which is also wrong. I wouldn’t recommend this specific kfc restaurant but the others I have been to have been brilliant.
I ordered through drive thru, a party bucket with some extra sides. I asked the lady to make sure that everything was in the bag. I then got home and there was no sides in the bag. So disappointed with this as we were ready to have dinner. Furthermore i then called them to let them know, all they did was aplogise and offer a code so that i could have the sides next time. This doesnt really help when im already home and my kids have been waiting to eat, and there were no sides. Again really disappointed in this as it wasnt just one side that they left out of the bag it was all the sides.
