Went in for a bite to eat and the place was lovely, a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff were both professional and kind, not to mention very helpful when I was trying to find what I wanted. The store was very clean with employees diligently cleaning up after the mess of others and the food was cooked to perfection, my biggest praise going to the cooks. Will be back sooner rather than later only this time with more people
Was greeted at the counter by Nathan who was so very kind and helpful. Told him I wasn't sure what to have and he asked me what sort of chicken pieces I required. He advised me on which bucket would be best. Honestly such an asset to have in your branch.
Greeted as we arrived by a polite, friendly and welcoming lady on the front counter. Order taken swiftly and presented within 2 minutes. Really impressed with speed of service and the lovely lady was a joy, brightened up our day. A pleasure visiting
2 boys on front counter were both very professional and were great help when ordering, made me feel very welcomed will definitely be back. Great quality food also.
Yesterday I visited kfc and was greeted by the most friendly of staff who were very helpful in helping me decide what food to get, the food took only a few minutes to prepare and was very tasty, will definitely be back in the near future
If I could give this zero stars I would. I visited this kfc after not having a kfc in years with my daughter. There was a hair in my meal and I went back up I was told it was disgusting and it would be replaced which it was but the replacement was cold. The place was disgusting and the toilets looked like they hadn’t seen a bit of bleach in years. This was the end of December this happened we are now in February and since contacting costumer complaints I’m still waiting on an update 8 weeks after it happened. I was also unwell for days after this incident and I believe it was due to the food. Please avoid this disgusting place.
Totally problems start to finish eventually got drive through food all cars had same issue. Food served haphazard no salt pep vinegar. Practically inedible. Staff argument won't return.Food: 1/5
Went in earlier this afternoon for a bite to eat the girl on till was really lovely and helpful and had a smile on her face, absolutely fantastic service the food was made quick The food was very tasty and super high quality can’t fault it at all Will definitely be back
The place was filthy, absolutely filthy! Was going to sit in but no way... Bins overflowing, didn't look like it had cleaned in days. Toilets disgusting too...love the fdact that when you run the tap, you see it discharging from a manky pipe. Feel like we got less than ordered too, compared to the same order in Glasgow, but didn't want to hang around. Management really need to get the finger out here. Won't return and would not recommend.
What an absolute joke of a " Fast food outlet" .....Our fast food was a wait for 25 mins & then they managed to give us only half our order the same was experienced by 5 people in the que in front of us !
