Went through the drive-through. Which is always a gamble, if I'm honest. You just know it's not going to be right. Ordered zinger tower burgers, which I repeated to the person over the speaker. Asked for a 3 chicken strip meal with a kids' fruitshoot. When we went to eat it. They forgot the fruit shoot, and the zinger towers were just a zinger burger. Basically, it's a piece of spicy chicken with no cheese or Hash brown. Don't know what I paid for as I didn't get a receipt. You'd think by now there would be a better method of ordering. Either the girl didn't hear what we ordered or someone got the order wrong. Not impressed.
I visited for a take out during a recent family holiday. Staff were very professional and helpful. Service was quick and accurate. The food was as expected, so I rate this highly for my recent great experience. Location is easy to get to with ample parking.Food: 5/5
On this visit to KFC all was good. Glad to see they have now installed self service kiosks as it makes for a quicker service. The restaurant looked clean and tidy. Parking: KFC is located on retail park. It does have its own private parking. However there is always somewhere to park. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking located close to the main entrance.
Simple order, more sauce than chicken or bread on my burger. Its not hard follow the instructions. Cut the bush in the drive thru !!! Have to make a choice between kerbing an alloy or scratching paint work. Maccies next time.Food: 1/5
Friendly staff, clean. Quick service. KFC is KFC, same food, same drinks, same buckets, same straws and same way of serving wherever you are in the world. Staff levels and time of day usually determine how quickly tables are cleared although if more people actually put their empties in the bin on the way out it might make things quicker.
Very often get your order wrong on take aways and as is the case with many food chains they prioritise the delivery service such as just eat etc . However its kfc and ticks the boxes ... just double check what's in you bag before you walk out .Food: 4/5
It’s rare when KFC get a delivery order Bob on, so it’s deserving of a 5* review today... so glad they’ve got their flamin’ hot snack wraps back on the menu!! So good!
A burger that had been thrown together by a blind man in a hurricane. Lukewarm, with the chicken hanging out one end and the hash brown falling out the other with lettuce mostly out the burger completely. Bitty ends of fries. Just rubbishFood: 2/5
Absolute shocking. Laughing when I was trying to give my order through the microphone, when I checked the girl got my order got spoken to like dirt when infact she had got it wrong then they were saying they had no chicken then got my bag rammed through the hatch, it split and had to be re-bagged. This girl should not be employed!!!!!!
Shocking service, ordered at the drive thru, collected food. 3 things missing went back in to say only to be met with a snotty arrogant staff member. Eventually got the missing items. Arrived home both mini fillet burgers stale buns and missing mayo. AVOID THIS PLACE
