Takeaway sent home with a brown paper bag folded up on top of the bucket instead of a lid tacky last time we go there chicken was cold by the time we got back home. Use boxes if you dont have lids for goodness sake
Rude management. Took ages to take my order because she kept putting it on wrong. When I told her I had a QR code told me I’d told her way too late and next time I need to start with that. Then made me pay full price. Just overall hated the experience. If you go in use the screen to order because it’s not worth talking to them. Didn’t even offer sauce.
Update 19/11- visited yesterday paid for a bucket for one and ended up with just 4 chicken strips, no chips no sauce. This place opens for 5 hours a day and the headless chickens cannot get your order right, countless times the order is wrong or something is missing close it down or change the manager. Quite slow service but that isn't the problem. No receipt given ever. Staff can be quite quiet or very litle English speaking and you will struggle to order. Still visit but could be improved massively.
Every time I visit there's always at least 2 items missing from the order tried to call to try and complain as I didn't want to waste a drive back and got no answer though out opening hoursService: 1/5
Worst KFC in the country! 40+mins for a tiny order with staff and managers having no idea what they're doing.

The staff are really rude, they constantly are shouting at each other and having arguments, all in front of customers. The food is disgusting and you can tell they don't follow proper procedures.
Second visit to this branch. Food is good but service can be a bit on the off -side depending on who is serving. It was quite busy when I went in the second time and the lady behind the counter was in a rush and was quite snappy two adults and two children ordering. It was also the second time that certain drinks or products were out of stock. The food came quick and was delicious, the restaurant and restrooms are clean and tidy, just a pity about the attitude of some staff.
Never again. We ordered food and got not what we wanted. After advertising it, the woman who served the food made us believe we wanted it. In a word, one meal was served correctly, the other completely different. We know we won't be back, but if you're there, check what's on the screen. You can't trust the staff of this place too much. In addition, it is very stuffy there, the tables are dirty, the bathroom is not the cleanest either. I believe that this place should be closed forever!
Waited 38 minutes for 2 fillet tower meals and a twister wrap. Got home and only one portion of fries and cold chicken. Get it together!
